I won’t stay there away as a woman solo traveling

The staff were very friendly!! All the women working there were super nice.

The location didn’t feel safe for a solo woman traveling. The area around the main train is known to not be great but this hotel was in the worse part of it. There were at least 2-3 tables dance (strip clubs) in front and on the side. The room was outdated and the insulation wasn’t great. It got quite cold during the night. You need to leave the room key at the reception every time you got out which I found odd.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück!

Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier. Super nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück und die Lage sind die Argumente für dieses Hotel! Man fühlt sich super aufgehoben - das Umfeld ist halt bahnhofsnah…aber absolut ok! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Next time in Munich I will try to stay at the same place again.

Location: easy to reach on foot from all the necessary destinations in the city centre. Staff: friendly and helpful. Room: comfortable and clean. Breakfast: great.

Really great hotel in central Munich

Great location- very easy to walk to from the old town and very close to the main train station, so convenient and easy to find. Also a lot of other hotels on the street so didn't feel out of place or unsafe. Room was a good size, comfortable, quiet and very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, spoke English when my German started to fail me! The breakfast was delicious- the lovely lady came over straightaway when I came in and asked if I wanted tea or coffee- service was very quick. I very much enjoyed my stay here!

The only thing I would change is to have tea and coffee facilities in the room :-)

При выборе отеля я руководствовалась тремя критериями - доступность к транспорту в/из аэропорта, близость к историческому центру и не очень высокая цена, т.к. мы любим много гулять и знакомиться с городом, а в отель приходим вечером только отдохнуть. Эта гостиница находится в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от центрального вокзала, куда приходит из аэропорта ( и отсюда же отпраляется в аэропорт) автобус Luftgansa express ( стоимость проезда 13 евро/ через интернет 12, время в пути 45 мин., ходит каждые 20 минут точно по расписанию). Мы пришли в гостиницу в 9.00, номер еще не был готов, но нам разрешили оставить вещи и обещали заселить раньше, в 13.00. Отель находится в мигрантском арабо/турецком квартале со своими кафе, магазинами и тп. Вечером после 18.00 мы не гуляли, но днем народ очень спокойный и безопасный. Сама гостиница небольшая, но очень чистая. Везде работают очень внимательные и доброжелательные сотрудники. Наш номер был на 4 этаже, лифт современный новый, окна выходили во двор-колодец, шума от улицы не было слышно, а утром и вечером мы наслаждались пением соловья на высокой акации. Номер небольшой, но для нас с мужем достаточный: две кровати, стол, телевизор , шкаф с вешалками, мини холодильник-бар, ванная комната с ванной и душем. Белье, полотенца и сантехника очень чистые. Убирали каждый день. У нас был включенный завтрак. Очень приятные радушные сотрудники накрывали столы и подавали по желанию чай или кофе в кофейниках. Завтрак включал омлет с ветчиной и колбасками, мясную/сырную нарезку, яйца отварные, йогурты, соки, огурцы, помидоры, фрукты. Мы уезжали рано утром, накануне я попросила в 6.00 накрыть кофе, когда мы пришли, кофе был уже на столе и к нему упакованы бутерброды. Исторический старый город находится в 15-20 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Маршрут очень простой и запоминающийся: выйдя из отеля, перпендикулярная улица прямо ведет к Мариенплац.

Можно было бы добавить чайник в номер.

スタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。チェックイン時間が14時で、到着が午前7時過ぎだったのですが、事前に到着時間を伝えていたら、部屋に入れるようにしていただきました。いつも叶う訳ではないと思いますか、とても有り難かったです。

お湯の勢いが少し弱かった。

Great staff and value for money

My 2nd stay here. Breakfast is delicious, room was clean, location is fantastically well connected. There are lot of construction works around but it was not noisy and the nights were silent. Fantastic value for money.

Flat pillows are common in Germany and you can fold them to get more height, but I prefer the classic pillow.

Convenient, practical and good.

The location is good and bad at the same time. It is very close to the Old City and the Hauptbahnhof so it is almost perfect in that matter. The hotel is very well maintained and very clean! It is a 3 star quality but they run it like it was almost a 4 star. The breakfast is also good. The problem is the street outside. See below.

The street where the hotel i situated, together with many many other hotels, is a messy dirty street with a lot of "not so good" bars and clubs such as stripclubs and so on. I did not like the closest area at all.

The staff was awesome - always smiling, with a sense of humor, courtesy and willingness to help. The lady at the reception was ready to change the room (the next day) due to the noise coming from the street. However, didn't make use of this opportunity - spent two nights only Location - close to the city center Spacious room good breakfast

if your windows face the main street - be ready to hear loud conversations/screams instead of a lullaby there was a light unpleasant smell coming from the toilette

Excellent Value... Perfect Location... Amazing Breakfast! Will definitely stay there again!

The Rooms are excellent size if you are alone or 2 people & The Breakfast is quite excellent. I also like everything about the bathroom. If one must be extra picky I would give 2 suggestions & the stay would be perfect. 1) Tea making facilities in the room would be nice. 2) An extra pillow readily available would have been handy :)
