Wonderful!

The location was great! Very central. It is one block away from the street entrance to Karlsplatz metro station, about 3mins walk to Karlsplatz, and 10mins walk to Marienplatz. There are a bunch of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops around the hotel. We basically walked everywhere, except for places like Olympia Park, which were too far to walk (for us). Our room had a city view and it was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, there was hot water in the shower, a closet with hangers, wifi, and a TV. The room was quiet for the most part. Sometimes, we could hear people talking in the hallway or moving stuff in the next room. But noise was very minimal. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. We were able to do online check-out and it was extremely simple and easy. Would definitely recommend!

The a/c did not cool very well. I would set it to the coolest but it still struggled to cool down. The pillows were not very comfortable. What we liked the least was having the keys to the room electronically and using my phone to open the door. This is not efficient, especially if the phone doesn’t have good wifi signal. Sometimes, it would take up to 1 minute for the door to open. Very inconvenient if you have a bathroom emergency and need to get in quickly.

Comfortable, convenient and will return on my next visit to Munich

I really liked this hotel a lot. I traveled alone, and recommend Koos to other solo travelers. I went for many walks, hopped on the trains and enjoyed the outdoor terrace. The location cannot be beat, and the breakfast was yummy with so many choices.. The staff at the front desk is very welcoming and helpful. I will be sure to return, next time, for a couple more days.

מיקום מצוין! חדר משפחה גדול מאוד (שני חדרים וסלון), ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד וצוות אדיב במיוחד!

אם רוצים לנקות את החדר צריך לבקש מהלובי עד השעה 11:00, אם שכחת לא ינקו את החדר באותו היום.

There was so much space for our family and everything was very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable, including sofa bed.

Electronic keys - I like having an electronic key but only one of our two phones would connect to unlock the door.

Very good. Could be better if the neighborhood was not that noisy.

The location, the staff, cleanliness and breakfast I liked the most. The breakfast buffet is not superb but whatever they have is tasty and fresh. And the price of the breakfast is good. In addition, I loved the self checkin option and the mobile key. It was very cool indeed. You don’t have to go to reception if you have checkedin online. You enter the hotel and proceed to the elevator. Room key, room number and every detail is in your email.

The neighborhood is not only noisy but also somewhat dangerous. I woke up around 2:30 AM because some people were shouting, seemingly involved in a quarrel, which lasted for about an hour. The police never showed up. The hotel's windows need to be replaced with soundproof ones to improve noise isolation.

Gegenüber ist ein Club dessen Musik ab 23:00h ziemilch laut wird. Von den 5 Nächten hatten wir 4 Nächte Lärm. Die Fenster sind akustisch aber es ist nichts für jemanden der gern mit offenem Fenster schläft.

Central location, but also very noisy during the night

Nice and friendly staff, very helpful. Location close to city center, quite comfortable room

The hotel is located directly at a road with heavy traffic, it was really loud. And, there was really loud music somewhere very near, so that in our room in the first floor I didn't get the chance to sleep much, as it didn't stop before around 2 am.

موقع الفندق جدا جميل وقريب من كل الخدمات الاستقبال رائع انصح به للعائلات حتى وان كان هناك امور لم تعجبني في مكان الاقامه هذا الا انني قد ازوره مره اخرى او قد يكون هو احد الخيارات بالنسبه لي

لا يوجد حامل حقائب ولا يوجد موقف مباشر عند باب الفندق موقف السيارات ليس بالبعيد والسعر مرتفع جدا ولكن هناك خصم للموقف لسكان الفندق ولم اعلم به الا بعد مغادرتي مع العلم انني سالت الموظفة عن توفر المواقف وارشدتني لموقعها ولم تزودني بالخصم. بالصور موجود شطاف في دورة المياه وفي الواقع الشقة التي سكنتها لا يوجد بها شطاف.

Es wird jegliche Bedienung und Check in digitaler Form angestrebt...selbst Tür und Toröffnung. Ob das nun hilfreich ist, für ältere Besucher bestimmt nicht so toll. Check in ist sehr zeitaufwendig!

A lovely stay

The accomadation was clean, comfortable, and much better than we were expecting. The staff were friendly and willing to help you at anytime. Even when we had to extend our stay due to train strikes, they went above and beyond to ensure we stayed in the same apartment. The self contained apartments had everything you could want in there. The hotel/ apartment only a ahort walk from the train station and other modes of transport. Local shops sold most things..lidals on 6-7 mins walk.

The only downside was the 15-20 mins walk into the altstadt to where the majority of restaurants and eatries, at this time of year when temp is mostly -5 degree or more, the walk can be a little long.

I’d stay here again

Easy access to train station for travel but also close to the altstadt ( 15 min walk) welcoming and helpful staff

Comfortable room well suited for transport and sightseeing.

Location close to the old city and transport. Walked to connecting train from hotel. Nice and quiet with great soundproofing. Very comfortable bed and room for a good sleep.

At first I thouht the parking is in the price for night and it is next to the hotel, but unfortunately there were only public parking options in garages. The one on the street where is the Hotel was not so cheap. The other one which was recommended was more far, very big and also not the cheapest.

staff was amazing!!! When realizing we needed a larger room they quickly changed us to a room much better suited for us

great location to city center. very walkable. we upgraded to a larger rooms which was very helpful. the regular size room was just too small for 2 people

regular room was very small. The pictures online make it look much larger than it is. small room was warm and AC was not on as yet.
