Nice hotel

Good breakfast, nice looking hotel, good staff

"Each air-conditioned room has stylish décor and ....." A bit like a statement from a politician, as not every room actually has air-con as I found out.

lovely and I would stay there again which I did at end of tour. LOVED THE BAR AND MEETING AREA - TO

bar and all staff that I encountered. position of hotel being able to walk to city and not too far from train station. and the water outside where people sat in the afternoon.

food expensive. moving rooms as something went wrong like tv etc. no glass in windows when opened - could be highly dangerous.

ok for one night.

Nice building, free electric charging for the car. Interior of the room was also nice, it's a big room. Nice for a night, but maybe better places to stay in Lille.

Well first of all the toilet kept running, the bathroom was also in a bit of decline as when you took a shower the water would not go away until you stopped showering. The breakfast, well it was for free but a complete joke, only orange juice from the bottle, some cold cuts and baguette. Welcome to France. The main restaurant seemed rather expensive, so I didn't try it, went to an Indian place instead. But worth a try maybe. But it was a risk when it would have resembled their "last supper" breakfast. Parking of the hotel is way to expensive, 21 euros, and I was lucky that I could charge for free.

Safe, secure overnight stay in centre of Lille

Very convenient stop off location en route to visit family in UK very family friendly and do every thing to help with setting up cots and providing bedding etc Lovely architecture in the atrium Very secure parking!

Room smelt musty and bathrooms could do with deep clean (this was a one off - we’ve stayed multiple times before)

Lovely hotel, in a quiet location.

Our suite was lovely and very large. The staff were great.

The restaurant/ bar area was very warm but bearable as it wasn’t extremely hot.

Pleasant

The bar, restaurant and central area of the hotel are very nice. In addition, it's location near the citadelle and the city center is also great!

The rooms were not up to expecations, the first room we were in had an attic window and a water leak, we were then switched to another room which was much better with two windows and good lighting. I just found the discrepancy between the two rooms annoying.

Good hotel, fine location

The location, walking distance of the centre, shops, museums, parks and citadelle.

The air conditioning was not working and the room was very hot, even though it was February. Opening windows is not possible.

Good but slightly disappointing compared to high expectations

Good service - generally bent over backwards. The hotel was extremely empty, so that was easy for them to attend to the very few of us who were there. Beautiful building, clearly an extraordinary piece of architecture.

The conversion felt a little bit "compromised" and incredibly "plasticky", and I feel the architects could have done a better job. In the end, what I thought would be an extraordinary boutiquey experience felt like staying in any chain hotel, just with a nicer "envelope". The rooms have no natural light. If this was mentioned in the description, then I did not see it, and that felt like a disappointment.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff

The room was run-down and unclean. Lose tiles in the bathroom and not properly cleaned. Stains in carpet, old damaged furniture, way overpriced and NOT 4 stars.
