Très belle villa

Villa très propre très grande mais pas d'info du tout sur les marché du coin et rien en info pour visiter , du coup on a dut faire des kilomètres pour trouver nous même avec difficulté. Communication avec l'agence un peu compliquer . Ils répondent pas toujours aussitôt et pas sur toutes mes questions .

A perfect villa for a group

Having done a few family & friends villa holidays now, I can say that this was one of the best villas we stayed in. Spotlessly clean and every room has a good sized, comfortable bed with an en-suite. Nobody had "the rubbish room" and a decent sized table that we could all fit around. WiFi worked throughout (unfortunately 1 of us still needed to do a bit of work). The pool, garden & bbq area were great to spend time together. We spent lots of time splashing around, eating, drinking, playing cards and enjoying the very beautiful & tranquil settings. This felt very authentic Portugal. We flew into Porto and hired a car, only about an hours drive and you could easily fit 2 or 3 cars on the drive. We often shopped at the intermarche in amarante - it has everything you need for a big family shop (& great produce) and the villa has a baker that can drop off fresh bread rolls & croissants every morning. We took a few days out to explore the area, 1 day in Porto, 1 day at the Douro Valley on a river boat, fantastic wine tasting and lunch as well as a nearby vineyard for a another tour, tasting and lunch. The owners stopped by to welcome us and were available on WhatsApp for anything we needed - which we didn't really, but nice to know they are there. We booked this holiday before the global pandemic but we needed not worry, everything was spotless, the villa and everywhere we went had hand sanitiser, plus it felt quite remote (not touristy) and it was well worth the 2 week quarantine!

La villa correspond exactement à l'annonce. Tout était propre et fonctionnel, la literie est confortable et très propre, la piscine est super agréable, point central de la maison. Tous nos enfants étaient "nageurs", peut-être plus compliqué avec des enfants de moins de 3ans car pas clotûrée... Nous avons eu un peu peur du groupe voisin qui faisait beaucoup de bruit mais cela ne nous a pas trop gênés. L'accès à la maison se fait par une allée courte qui monte très très fort, pas évident avec notre camionnette. Nous n'avons pas trouvé grand chose à faire aux alentours direct mais il faut dire qu'avec le COVID, on n'a pas bcp cherché non plus... La propriétaire nous a indiqué un bel endroit pour se baigner en rivière et nous avons apprécié la visite de Guimaraes très joli et Amarante aussi, très charmant avec des pédalos sur le Tamega...

Estadia bastante agradável para grupos grandes, com todas as comodidades necessárias para se passar uns dias em sossego. O único ponto menos positivo foi o facto dos berços de bebé não terem colchão (têm que rever esta situação) assim como a necessidade de renovar alguns colchões.. De resto, gostamos bastante.

A casa é óptima, muito limpa, bem equipada, inclusivamente com equipamento para crianças (camas e cadeirinhas de bebé). A piscina também óptima. Proprietários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Sítio muito sossegado e bonito. Supermercado perto, e um cafezinho onde se come muito bem e barato mesmo ao pé. Ideal para umas férias sossegadas, em família ou com amigos. Gostámos muito!

Fomos passar um fim de semana de team-building e foi incrível. A casa está muito bem equipada, tem tudo que é preciso para se passar uns dias e descansar. A piscina e o espaço exterior complementam a casa. A simpatia das pessoas que nos receberam foi notável e é com certeza um local a voltar.

Estuvimos 16 personas el puente de mayo en la Casa Camelias de Basto T8 y aunque el tiempo no nos acompañó, pudimos caminar bastante por el Parque Natural do Alvao, un lugar fantástico y desconocido para nosotros, llegamos hasta las Fisgas de Ermelo, la naturaleza a tope, .. la gente de la zona genial, en los restaurantes que comimos en general bien. Uno de ellos, la Burra Velha, no recuerdo ahora la situación de este restaurante , bien de calidad y mejor de precio. La Casa Camelias de Basto estupenda, ocho habitaciones, cada una con su baño, todo limpio, la calefacción y el agua caliente bien, .. Todo prácticamente a estrenar. Buena calidad y mejor precio. Susana nos indicó todo correctamente, nos atendió muy bien. Susana, esperamos volver a tu casa, ya que queremos ver algunos lugares que nos quedaron por visitar por el PN de Alvao. Gracias por todo y hasta pronto. Saludos.
