I recommend it to a group tour but not with young kids.

Location is convenient.

The lift is too small and the smell of Cannabis inside the building.

Great place for a few nights in the city.

Very good location. Close to lots of small supermarkets and food outlets - the usual Mc D, kfc etc etc. And some lovely bakeries. Only 100m from the Sagrada Familia and the metro. The kitchen was well equipped for holiday cooking. It was lovely to have the balcony doors open and look down on the streets below. The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable.

Very small bathroom, not really room to dress in it but it is a city centre apartment so you don’t expect it to be spacious. Also due to its fantastic city centre location it does suffer from traffic noise.

absolutely no services such as dish cloth, tea towel, bottle of water very basic accommodation not very flexible regarding cancellation due to family issue didn’t make it clear about local tax and deposit required

Good

The location is absolutely perfect! A typical spanish apartment with a tiny elevator. Collecting keys was very easy and very easy to communicate with the person in charge.

Nothing. It was awful. Steer clear. The apartment is sub par. The fridge tray fell out the first time we opened it and injured my foot. We were then charged for it afterwards. There were loose tiles in the floor. The shower was disgusting. Blocked and flooded while we were there. Dampness on the walls showed that flooding had happened before. We had to wait in until a workman came to fix it. We had to wait until he left. Eating into our time in Barcelona. Basarol apartments who managed the place we're rude at best and uninterested to help. The windows in one of the bedrooms didn't close so we had the noise of traffic continuously during our stay. The place was uncared for. Unmanaged. Loose wires throughout the apartment. Another bedroom door didn't close. No help, only gruff rudeness when asked. When we did leave, we mistakenly left a jacket behind. They refused to assist us in getting it back before our flight. They even shouted at us and our the phone down on us in one occasion. Odious, brash, greedy people. My advice is so not give them your money. Spend your money elsewhere on a hotel!

Great location, lacks basic comforts

The location is fantastic round the corner from degradation familia. Appartment is spacious and well laid out

The shower head and bracket were broken which made showering difficult. There was no tea towel or sink plug in kitchen or tablets for dish washer. Items to help clean would have made it easier to leave appartment clean. A few tea bags and code, salt and pepper in kitchen would have been nice and a welcome addition

Excellent location. Just a stone’s throw away from the Sagrada familia. Close to the metro, hop on hop off bus, supermarkets, restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the basic amenities and was functional.

As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom was very small. This is the smallest shower i have ever seen in my life.

price is fine, but we would stay somewhere else next time

it’s location is nearby La familia Sagrada and metro station. 3 rooms to accommodate 5 people and even more with the living room sofa.

person in-charge let us wait for half an hour on the street without reply. bathroom is too small and it’s a triangular shape, I’m 160cm and 55kg, I can’t turn in the shower. imagine people who is bigger than me, that’s like a lot of them. The apartment seems big, but it wasn’t well equipped.

nice location

good location, and spacious rooms. Alex owner was great.

the shower flooding the bathroom and my bedroom. As the water would not drain… temporary problem was fixed later on. The decor is also very plain. As a group of girls on holiday, we were playing music in evenings. had a neighbour constantly complaining. however we are on holiday.

Great place to stay in Barcelona

The localization is great! Its only about 200 meters from Sagrada Familia. Clean apartment with balcony and kitchen. A lot of places to eat dinner and drink Coffee around.

The bathroom is very small.

Good

Location was great. The apartment was clean. Even though it was small, there was enough space for three of us.

Inadequate number of towels, bedsheets, blankets, soaps, shampoo etc. In house coffee would have been nice. The bathroom shower didn't drain. The water stayed in the shower for a long time. That was the biggest turn off. Also we didn't know where to dispose the trash.

The apartment was clean

the apartment was dark and i decided to move to a hotel after one night. it was not welcoming. On arrival in Barcelona, I did not have the apartment number and despite my PA mailing the company to let them know the estimated arrival, I still ended up waiting outside in the rain. My PA was able to contact the office and speak to someone who spoke English but they never called her back. Luckily, someone did eventually arrive to assist me.

Excellent location, average apartment

Best thing about this property is the location! La Sagrada familia is just around the corner. near metro as well. large living room, comfortable 3 bwdrooms. check in and check out was smooth.

the place is a bit outdated and small. the working ACs are central, on the living room and outside the rooms so we have to sleep with the doors open so the breeze can come in, windowns can’t be opened due to street noise. they have literally 1 of each kitchen utensils (1 knife, 1 scissors etc), could improve on that. small bathroom but wasn’t too much of a problem with us. they also blocked my card for deposit of I think €150, and unblocked upon checkout.

Awesome location!

The location was amazing!!!! Couldn't be better! Very happy there was an elevator. Loved the little balcony!

There was nothing we didn't like. A few minor issues common with old places and a very "cozy" but functional bathroom.

Very helpful staff(Alex) we had a problem entering the apartment door, but for a small fee, Alex came out to help.

very close to La Sagrada and restaurants, metro etc- perfect position

chairs at dining table were cracked and kept on catching peoples legs. The shower was very small!

Excellent rates, terrific location!

This is the second floor apartment. We were a group of friends renting 3 apartments in the building (not that easy in Barcelona). We were a little concerned about some negative comments but very satisfied with our stay. Everything was there, beds were good, location is terrific! Yes, there is some street noise (in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, the 3rd one goes out to the quiet backyard), but this is a very central location! The bathroom is a bit on the small side (most in Barcelona are) but the shower cabin was of regular size. No problems with water pressure, temperature etc. We were very satisfied with the apartment and hope to come again!

Again, the bathroom was fine. Location is excellent, though not very quiet, but this is Sagrada Familia and a generally lively neighborhood, with excellent public transport! We got 2 sets of keys which was also a bonus. No real complaints, and you always have to consider the rate you paid! Ours was excellent, and particularly so by Barcelona standards.
