El hotel está bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro. Lamentablemente las personas a cargo del servicio son tan poco amables que, desde el momento de la entrada, la experiencia empieza gris. La habitación es muy sencilla. Pequeña. Sin embargo, se agradece que todo esté limpio.

Very clean, air conditioning huge plus, quiet. Day staff was amazing answered all my questions.

No elevator and had some trouble with the overly heated water. Night staff was a bit rude but nothing to crazy, could practice on greeting people and smile once in a while.

Clean, comfortable, simple

The bed and room were clean & comfortable. There was always a receptionist at the front desk so you could enter and leave whenever you please. The noise from outside does not penetrate within the rooms.

The corridors are quite echoing, so whenever a door closes it’s quite a bang. Some carpets might mitigate the echoing.

If you can’t go upstairs don’t stay here. do a better job at controlling the mosquitoes from going into the hotel!

nothing on their description disclosed that they did not have an elevator. I have an elderly mother that struggles with stairs. had I known this I would have booked here. Also, there were thousands of mosquitoes both in the lobby and worse going up the stairs. I would not stay here again.

Great location, close to everything and the small little restaurant downstairs has good service and delicious cafe de la olla

very outdated, not clean, terrible odor in the bathroom, bathroom was full of mold everywhere and the lobby was full of mosquitoes which is to be expected in Mexico but they don’t treat or do anything about it. first night we saw someone killing mosquitoes but then they were left on the floor for days. No one would clean it. Going upstairs is a challenge because you’re faced by a cloud of mosquitoes.

It's 1:30 am and the damn noise from club across the street is horrible. Never again. No warning or options. Not even ear plugs work!!@@@@ its karaoke and just basically yelling!!@@

Great value and location. Will stay here again.

Great central location. Its 3 blocks from the plaza and close to various food shops. Staff is friendly and helpful. They lock the main entrance after a certain time which made me feel safe.

The room was reasonably clean and spacious. The location was excellent and the restaurant downstairs provided a great breakfast.

Our primary complaint was the kareoke bar across the street, something the hotel had no control over. However, the music did stop at a reasonable hour. Also the ventilation in the room was poor unless you used the air conditioning. A small fan in the bathroom didn't seem to extract the moisture.

I would love to stay at this location again when I travel to Ocotlan, Jalisco in the near future.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the center of the city and plenty of eateries in the area. The breakfast was light and healthy and the servers were very friendly. The staff at the check in counter were informative and quick.

The hotel is a 4 story building and could use an elevator for the senior citizen guest.
