wonderful. i would like to come back if I could.

Easy to get to. Near the town centre. Quiet even when it is by a busy road.

a bit dusty outside but the room is clean.

We really appreciated the bikes. Also loved the garden, the pool, the games room and the friendly lady who gave us fruit from the trees.

We had an amazing stay at Ria Studios, with the most welcoming host! We 100% recommend.

The room was perfect. It included everything we needed. Besides, we could swim, play games in the gaming room and even borrow some bikes if we wanted to. Felix is an extremely warm and welcoming host who gave us many tips for our stay in Olhão. All in all, Ria studios is the perfect place to go!!

Superb

The location was close to the wharf, the room was clean and the furniture was pretty new. The host was excellent, and he even gave us a ride to our ferry tour.

We had a studio outside of the main property (pool, game room), and the area just outside our studio was under construction, but hopefully they finish soon.

Cheap but noisy

The host was helpful and friendly. The studio was spacious, washing machine & dishwasher, cheap place to stay

The property was very dark, you had to have the bright lights switched on even during the daytime. The beds in the main bedroom were extremely creaky which is no good if you toss and turn during the night. The property was on a busy main road, there was construction work going on behind the property (which of course isn't the owners fault) but the road mixed with the noise of construction meant it wasn't relaxing. it was difficult to pull in and out of the parking as it was on the busy road. There was a lot of messy building supplies at the front of the property. it's worth noting Olhao is a working town not a tourist spot (apart from the marina area) We moved on to another more expensive property in Vilamoura as we wanted to spend the last few days of our holiday relaxing by the pool in a bit more comfort.

Nice pool on the back and relaxing location, even with road nearby was quite silent. Nice gaming room!

Entry for the house is a bit difficult if you're with a car, no issues.

Exceptional

The host was just the nicest man possible, always ready with advice and help - he even dropped my husband and I off downtown when we were leaving. The swimming pool was wonderful and very clean - the pool area was hosed down regularly. It might have been every day. The apartment was very spacious and the sliding doors from the living room opened directly onto the pool (might be something to consider with small children though).

The internal bathroom doors didn't close properly - they needed a carpenter's attention.

The room was freshly painted and it should be ventilated longer before our arrival. Additionally you can hear cars driving although room is not facing the road.

Nice quiet comfortable place within walking distance of the town center.

That it was self contained and had a full kitchen.

A bit cold at night with no heater ,but i did not ask for one ,so not the owners fault.
