Pleasant

There is dining room and bed room and good seimming pool.

There were so many insect and security was so unkind. She protected us to go to my room with very unkind face expression.. i was very upset at that day.

adequate

the property was in a great area, lots of shops and restaurants and close to the airport. the bed was comfortable and the aircon kept the room cool and was quiet.

no hot water In the shower. building smelt like smoke.

Okay to stay 1 night

The property is quite close to the airport, and also to shopping malls. Room has good size for 2 person. The swimming amenities are quite nice and quiet. The property manager Miguel has been really accommodating and had a good accountability when I had a problem. They had a TV with Netflix, so that's good enough entertainment for me.

There's a number of trouble I experienced which could have easily been a win. The first unit I went to had a poor wifi and I needed it badly for work, so they had to transfer me. Before accepting any room check the wifi. There were no water or coffee or tea offered like in a normal hotel. Although they had cooking and dining wears, much like an Airbnb. They have a TV but the remote was not working properly coz I couldn't make a search on Netflix. They have a shower but the hot and cold machine was not working automatically so I had to shower cold water. So best check it immediately. I was wondering why there's so many paper insect traps on both units, then after I put my food on the fridge, the little coachroaches started coming out. So disgusting, but I had to remove my covered food from fridge and just leave it on the table. One of my snack was not worth it and had to throw away coz the insects had it.

Room is nice for the price ill book again for sure. Plus its very convenient since its just across the mall.

It was a great and comfy stay. Overall i liked the location and the comfort of the bed. :D

Location was perfect for what i came for and great value of money plus a very comfy bed.

Toilet and furniture arrangement. Sink was clogged. Furnitures and fan were distorted or not really in good condition.

Property near MOA

The property is just a 10-minute walk to MOA.

The bathroom gets wet too fast because the water sprinkles from the bathtub to the toilet floor. We had a wet floor the entire time. But it was tolerable for a short stay.

Staff were accommodating and approachable. Location was the best thing as it was near MOA, airport and other malls and restaurants so it's easy to navigate around. Place was enough for 3pax. Hot and cold shower available.

No drinking water provided. Wifi connection was just fair. There were a lot of small cockroaches roaming around the unit.

Uncomfortable but it was near Ayala Malls where my son took a board exam.

Great location.

The bed broke down twice. No sofa bed as advertized. (Extra matress hardly fit the tiny living room.) Shower was so small our backs touched the curtain (curtain itself was short). Bidet leaked on our last day.

should at least consider few hours extension as they just stayed at night time for 3 days stay as they just stayed for their PRC exams so they did not used any electricals at daytime as they were out for whole day just night to sleep, but did not allowed a little bit of extension for check out time.

the place in good location that is accessible to all.. the unit is located near the pool.

there is a bad smell comming out from the sink. add more lights in the bathroom.

I like the soft bed, very near in a stores, cleaned very nice hot shower, microwave and so on.

It was an awesome stay. 😍

The property is just few meters away from DFA. The property is clean and the staff are very accommodating especially Miguel. Will probably book again. 😍

It was a good stay.

The location is what opted me to choose Solemare as our event was in MOA.

The security guard in the morning when we arrived. There is no facility to leave things. Not very accomodating. The toilet didn’t flush in one go. We have to use extra to flush the toilet. That needs attention. And the vanity is likely to collapse soon. Then, it is too noisy at 1am till early dawn. It seems like other tenants don’t mind if other people are still sleeping. They bang their doors and talk so loud.

Good

We liked the comfortability of the unit. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. We were entertained and assisted by the staff so well. They also responded to our needs and concerns quickly. I highly recommend this place if you feel like roaming or staying around pasay area. 😊
