Literie et petit déjeuner sont très bien et le personnel aux petits soins. Nous le conseillerons.

Plus de sèche-cheveux à la réception car emporté par un client selon la réception; le ou la responsable a acheté un neuf pour notre départ. Bien rattrappé.

I have arrived around 2:30 pm and they told me that the room is not ready yet , so i have waited until 4:30pm to check in, and the next day the first thing they did is knocking my door to remind me that i need to checkout by time.

perfect for families

the place is really pretty and clean. staff really good specifically the reception guy (Mounir) really friendly and nice. if you're looking for a nice place for families in essouara i really advice this.

Friendly and welcoming, but facilities are limited.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed during Ramadan, so there were very few guests. Sometimes I was the only guest at breakfast and the staff made a Moroccan breakfast just for me. They were very sweet and kind. I was actually recovering from an emergency eye operation, so was limited in what I could do.

Bathroom surfacearound the sink was badly cracked. The shower doors had large gaps, so bathroom floor was always flooded after a shower. The bar area is not particularly comfortable. I would be good to have a decent coffee maker in the hotel, rather than the basic machine. Although there are many cafes throughout Essaouira of varied quality.

Worked well as destination for the Atlas Mountain Race, would book again for such a purpose only, but not for any other

Welcoming to a lot of cyclists/participants of the Atlas Mountain Race.

Breakfast really not much to choose from, bad coffee (if the machine did work at all), slow to replenish even the scarce choice at the breakfast even with not many people using it.

no fridges in the rooms & the showers could’ve been built differently it’s near impossible to not get shower water all over the bathroom floors luckily the room service was great & they cleaned the mess daily .

The hotel is very close to the beach and the medina . it is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable. the stuff is very welcoming and helpful they meet you with a smile and give you a professional service as well as advices and suggestions concerning activities you may enjoy. when it comes to the restaurant, I am very satisfied with the food.

Great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Lovely pool! Comfy beds! Good location! Bedroom decorated with rose petals.

No hair dryer. Apparently only 1 for the whole hotel and when we asked on 2 occasions it was already out.
