Pleasant & relaxed stay

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. big room with terrace. coffee machine in the room. We enjoyed pool, jacuzzi & sauna. Nice View from cable car lift. There is shuttle bus running from main NH building to NH collection entrance when cable car lift is not running.

Good hotel with great & quit location on hill close to center

The location on the hill is great, pretty quiet and nice views. With the elevator you get to NH city hotel within two minutes, from there it’s a five minute walk to the metro station Andel. From there it’s only three stops to the center of the city, but we also enjoyed the surrounding of the hotel, as it’s not so touristy like the city center.

The hotel is an older building, and the furnishing of the rooms is good, but not outstanding. Some little extras for decoration might have added more ,charme’

Geweldig hotel

Fijne, ruime kamers. We hadden de hond mee, dit was ook erg goed te doen in het hotel. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en lekker. De locatie is prachtig, op loopafstand van oude centrum van Praag. Zwembad en bubbelbad waren niet heel groot maar wel prima.

Auch mit Kleinkind super

Die Fahrt zum Hotel mit dem Cable Car ist ein Erlebnis. Als Familie mit Kleinkind hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war richtig super!

Het is een goed hotel lekker zwembad erg goed ontbijt . Goede service

Had iets meer glutenvrij verwacht, ook een cakje of een apart broodje . Maar ik klaag voor de rest niet het was goed er was genoeg variatie en voor elk wat wils

Odpovídá ceně, ale za málo snahy by se to dalo zlepšit.

Lokalita je úžasná. Když jsem si to objednal, tak jsem ani netušil, jaké výhledy z hotelu jsou. Natož pak, že nahoru se jede lanovkou, opět s výhledem na Prahu.

Inventář pokoje již je značně opotřebený, sneslo by to retušovací tmel na rýpance, štětku a barvy. Postel je v pohodě. Co je ale příšerné je bezplatné Wi-fi, ze kterého se vám do PC navíc snaží dostat viry. To bych u nás v ČR nečekal, jsem na to zvyklý v Asii. Takže určitě použít VPN, ale Wi-fi je tak nestabilní, že doporučuji spíše mobilní data. Což tedy zahraniční turista nutně nemusí mít.

La recepción deja mucho que desear

Las camas muy cómodas y no se escuchaba nada de ruido. Estuvimos alojados en el NH collection, hay que entrar a partir del NH city y se veía mucho mejor este último nada más viendo la recepción.

No hablaba español nadie de la recepción ni hacían por intentar entender o explicar. El desayuno buffet un poco escaso en cuanto a variedad, me faltaron unas creps y churros por ejemplo.

Krasny hotel s dominantou lanovkou do hotelu. Nádherný výhled na Prahu. Vynikající snídaně.

Klid, čistota, hezká terasa, skvělý bar, úžasná snídaně

Zima ve wellnesu a studeny bazén a výřivka studenější. Parkoviště k hotelu moc nízké, nevejde se dodávka ani vyšší auta.

Nice place, big rooms.

Stay here quite often, location is nice for me as its slightly out the city but with still plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The location on top of the hill with access via the funicular lift is fun and unique with friendly and professional staff always around to help. Rooms very spacious and always clean.

Price of breakfast is a little bit much so sometimes don't get breakfast.

This hotel is worth its money. I liked the breakfast, the room service, the pool and sauna.

This hotel is worth its money: the breakfast was delicious, the room even had a coffee machine, and I liked the pool and sauna.

The cable car was not working for 1 day and we had to wait for a transfer that was not very comfortable.

Disappointing

The view from the cable car.

Overly expensive, 450 euros for 2 nights, rooms were unnecessarily big, lacked cosy feel, nothing exceptional. One Toothbrush provided as a complimentary gesture for a family of three. Location....not at its best...need to walk about 10min from the tram / bus stop. And moreover, need to get to this elevated hotel using a cablecar,.from their counterpart hotel at a lower level. During peak hours, need to wait for the cable service as there's a queue. Looks or appeal wise....nothing worth the amount you pay .

wow the cable car to go to your hotel, a different experience for the kids. Coincidence, it was my birthday in the middle of the stay, they have provided a small wine and cake. it was a really nice gesture.

Very good

The room was huge, comfy and the bathroom was top notch. Beautiful art on the walls. Great need that was super comfortable. The views were also great and the staff very lonely lent me an umbrella without any fuss.

Waiting for the cable cart got a bit annoying. You have to go through the NH City hotel to get to the NH Collection hotel, and as strange as it is to say, the was a horrible overpowering perfume smell in the foyer of the NH City Hotel. The same smell was in the corridor to the wellness area and was kind of unpleasant. You also have to call reception to ask for the sauna to be turned on in advance and one time after doing so, the sauna was still not hot 40 minutes later

Beautiful hotel in good location

Staff were very helpful,polite and welcoming. They provided comprehensive answers to my questions before arrival.This helped plan our time in Prague. Breakfast lovely with lots of options. Sky bar with views over prague was a nice treat in the evening. Comfortable beds and a great night's sleep.

The only problem during our stay was that the sauna wasn't working one afternoon. We reported it and were told a technician was coming, (we did hear them being called), but they didn't come to fix it within the 30mins we waited
