Tolle Lage und sauberes Appartment.

Tolle Lage, Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig gut und schnell zu erreichen. Schönes, sauberes Appartment, es waren sogar Kaffeekapseln da und Duschgel, also, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es gäbe sogar einen Wasch-Trockner und eine Wäschhäng, haben wir aber nicht benötigt. Nette Terrasse mit Blick in einen kleinen grünen Garten.

For recommendation!!!

The property is very good, spacious and comfortable. It provides everything that you need for your shot or long staying. It is clean, well organized and everything is in order. The location is good, 10-15 minutes walk to the old city center. All credit to the owner for his dedication and organization that our stay in the apartment was very pleasant.

Probably to postpone the checkout for later, 11 am 😁since the cleaning lady was there almost 10 minutes before 10 when we were supposed to leave the property.

Comfortable close by the LKH Uni Klinik accommodation

Very well in reach to the LKH, a few minutes walking, all equipment was available and working Close by public transport (tram line 7) to easily get into town

Pretty good!

The facilities in the apartment is awesome. It's perfect for one or two persons to stay. It has kitchen and includes almost all the stuff for cooking (especially the caffe machine). The bathroom also includes necessary cleaning stuff for shower and washing machine.

The apartment is near a loud street, hospital and church. So you can hear the traffic, ambulance and even helicopter 🚁. But I wear earplugs all the time in the apartment, so it was fine. I would recommend people who stay here to wear earplugs, just in case.

Softish bed; more cooking/kitchen material (e.g. colander) would be welcome.

Great value for money

I liked that I could do self check in and that the apartment was spacious and clean. it was really close to my points of interest and the price was adequate. There were also some candy/sweets in the room as I came, and i found that nice.

-The open Doce is vero large -well equipped both in the kitchen and in the all part of the house -Comfortable space to leave the coats and shoes at the entrance -nice terrace facing the inner garden -parking doc sun front of the house (payment) -sweet and good propriety manager always ready to answer all the questions -

-The baby running on the upper floor in the early morning is not good for the quietness and relax -the mattress are a bit uncomfortable (because too soft) -difficulties to understand how to manage the thermostat

Everything you'd want in an apartment set-up

We extended our stay as the location was perfect for our needs, handy to public transport and shops. As per our previous review: very obliging and friendly host, the apartment was super well-supplied, the patio had a lovely outlook onto a back lawn - we'll miss the giraffe!.

Perfect location for a long stay

The location was extremely handy to trams, pharmacy and grocery store. The ground floor apartment with patio was spacious, well laid-out, with a lovely outlook onto a back lawn, and cool during hot summer days. It was supplied with everything you could possibly hope for - beyond expectations. Our host was superb - friendly, communicative and very accommodating with requests. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect set-up.

Just be aware that the apartment is near the hospital, so you often hear noise from sirens and helicopters, but nothing that interfered with the enjoyment of our stay.

It was well beyond my expectations. The apartment had everything one shall need for a short (or long) stay: from the kitchen to the bathroom, it was all perfect.

Flat with very spacious main room

The Schanzelgasse lies near the edges of the pre-1914 urban expansion of Graz, about seven tramstops from the Hauptplatz (main square) and twelve to the Hauptbahnhof (main station); hence the only mode of public transport I ever needed to use during the three-night stay, which was exceptionally convenient. Generally, I'd walk in to the centre by one of several pleasant routes, which took around 20-30 minutes (never hurrying in a city I'm getting to know properly). The old house the groundfloor flat is situated in was probably built around the 1840s and is excellently kept (this is Austria). The flat itself consisted chiefly of a single room containing the sleeping and more general use areas, the latter incororating the kitchen space and a large table to work on and eat off. A single door opened onto the hallway and bathroom. A large sliding window gave access to the terrace, beyond which was a small garden leading to a utility shed at the back. The feel was reminiscent for me of flats in Germany, with its orderliness, cleanliness and general feel of domestic comfort: but the main room was something else, so very spacious and full of light. The owner apparently lived on the floor above but, if he was there, he clearly felt no need to introduce himself; the kind of proper etiquette to be expected here, since he wouldn't want me to think he was in any way prying. Besides, I could call him if and whenever I needed to. This is a well recommended place to stay.

There was simply nothing to criticise.

Very nice and cosy apartment equipped with everything one needs for short or long stay. Public parking available on site. Spacious bathroom. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Great balcony for morning breakfast or relax in the evening. What we had fun with the most was Alexa that controls the music - a nice touch from the host.

Clean, comfortable apartment right next to LKH Graz.

It's a lovely studio apartment a few minutes walk from LKH Graz. The apartment is very clean and well outfitted with kitchen and washing machine. As a bonus, they offer a Netflix account to watch on the tv.

Lovely and practical studio apartment next to LKH Graz.

It is a very clean and comfortable studio apartment only a few minutes walk from LKH Graz. The kitchen provided everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was stable. As a bonus, they offer Netflix, so I was able to watch my series while eating the dinner I cooked.
