B&B gradevole

Posizione agevole per andare al centro di Roma. Zona tranquilla a poca distanza dalla stazione ferroviatia di Roma Tiburtina.

Il soggiorno è stato gradevole. Purtroppo abbiamo fatto colazione al bar, nonostante ci fosse la possibilità di preparare il caffè con la macchina. Sarebbe opportuno che il bagno fosse dotato di sapone, bagnoschiuma e shampoo nuovi e sigillati, piuttosto che trovarli già utilizzati da altri. Il prezzo mi è sembrato eccessivo per due persone. Inoltre, non abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere la proprietaria. Le poche conversazioni avute sono state telefoniche. Forse sarebbe meglio se avesse un rapporto diretto con i clienti

Sicuramente mai più

Ho prenotato con un last minute, avevo avvisato che arrivavo dopo la mezzanotte. Intanto non è a 350mt dalla Stazione Tiburtina, poi non è visibile, nascosto dietro un cantiere, quando finalmente sono arrivato il pin fornito non funzionava. Ho provato a chiamare il numero indicato più e più volte, ma non ho avuto alcuna risposta. A quel punto ho chiamato un taxi ed andato in un'altra struttura, ed erano già le 2 del mattino. Quando abbiamo richiamato, ci ha risposto una signora dalla voce assonnata che diceva di non aver ricevuto alcuna telefonata, che strano, dal momento che avevo telefonato dallo stesso numero. Ho chiesto il rimborso della tariffa, 93€ cifra importante per un affittacamere, ma mi ha detto che avevo scelto la tariffa non rimborsabile, giusto, ma loro non mi hanno dato la possibilità di entrare!

Perfect place to stay in Rome!

Excelent apartment in good location, 5 mins walk from main metro/train station. Room looks much better than on pictures - it was super tidy and comfortable. Silvia is a great host supplying daily cleaning service and sweets for breakfast. Definitely recommended!

Soggiorno piacevole tranquillo e se ritorno a Roma e sistemano queste sue cosine riprenoteró sicuramente di nuovo da lor

Collocata in una posizione ottima a pochi metri dalla stazione Tiburtina; camera accogliente e nel complesso ben organizzata. La padrona disponibile e sempre attiva per qualsiasi cosa! La pulizia e il riassortimento della colazione sempre doc… certo non era un buffet da ristorante ma per una camera di beb era perfetto

Alla pulizia non do un pieno 10 solo per un po’ di muffa che a causa del bagno poco ventilato si è formata nella parete del bagno, ma che con un po’ di accortezza e candeggina viene subito via! Il resto sempre pulito! È da cambiare il collo acqua perché troppo pieno di calcare… a parte questo il resto andava bene!

Great location and host was great at giving directions to the room. Great for a short stay

Super close to major train station and metro station.

A couple of plumbing issues with the pump being pretty loud and the shower was a little small. Had issues with the aircon not working but the host was very responsive.

Wonderful manager, misleading description of the “boutique hotel”

wonderful manager, very responsive and pleasant as well as the housekeeping lady.

Unfortunately, the “boutique hotel” is not boutique and not a hotel in US standards. It is a 3 bedroom apartment in a residential building converted to a hotel. Better apart-hotel. There is no reception and resturant as the apartment is on the second floor. The building is undergoing construction / maintenance work, so we were up at 7 am on banging noises. According to the manager, this should have been disclosed by booking.com but it was not. The “breakfast included” was another issue. It is packaged pastries and things ( eggs, cheese) that YOU can cook in the provided kitchen in your room . So if you are thinking to wake up for cooked breakfast in a resturant, this is not what is meant by breakfast included. The hotel is a good half an hour away from Rome attractions, and at the end , given the above , it was not a good value for the money . Not to mention that I got stuck in the elevator on my last day and I will leave the scare of being stuck and missing your flight to your imagination!

Ok for short stay, close to station

The apartment was well stocked, the coffee machine was good. The breakfast was ok (prepackaged cakes).

The toilet didn’t always flush and the shower doors didn’t close all the way.

We'd stay again. Beautifully presented.

Sylvia runs an excellent accommodation with the place kept spotless. We'd certainly look to book again on our next visit. Good eating places around the area.

There's a bit of renovation going on in September October which spoils the peace. Combat that by spending the day visiting the cities attractions.

A great base for exploring Rome

Facility located in quiet neighbourhood. Metro station around 500 m from the apartment. Similar distance to traditional trattorias. Sweet breakfast and water available for guests. Cleaned every day. Easy acces with code. Good contact with manager of the facility.

Very small shower and noisy toilet equipment. Matrace could be more comfortable.

Nice and clean rooms, few minutes from Tiburtina station

The stench from pipes was awful after flushing the toilet and even when you were showering. The host did not sent me an info on which floor is the B&B or which staircase should we use( we arrived around 17:30/5:30 p.m.), when I tried calling the number shown on Booking, It did not exist, I had to ask a neighbor where it is, when we finally found the door, there was a number pad to unlock the door, luckily there was a different number that I called and I finally got in touch with the owner, afterwards she finally sent me info about the B&B with the code for the doors. The cleaning lady did not provide a shampoo when cleaning the room.

Good option for the short-stay in Rome when travelling to Italy

- Close to the metro station/Tiburtina bus terminal. - Late check in possibility (they provide a code from the door in the letter). - The breakfast was good and enough for our new discoveries. - The guys were very kind and friendly, they even received an order that I'd made from the bookstore and placed the package into the room at the exact day of check in so I could grab it.

All OK. It's not the problem of the room, but NB, that the room is located outside of the Rome's walls, so taxi drivers will charge you extra when you travelling from the airport.

24 hours reception!!! Its really amazing, was very difficult to find hotel near with station and 24 hours reception. Close to Tiburina station, 5 min walking Near you can find grocery and nice pizzeria. Room is nice and clean. Easy access.

Excellent property

This is my go-to place to stay in Rome. I love the property, the location is very convenient and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by train close to the Tiburtina station and also not far from Villa Torlonia.

Best płace to stay in Rome for a vacation

Comfortable location, close to subway station Tiburtina. The rooms are clean and cozy. Guests are provided with tasty breakfast.

I mostly liked the cleaner of our room, she was nice and everything was clean.

I didn't like that the shower wasn't working very well. The temperature regulator wasn't working.
