Gutes Hotel mit günstigem Parkplatz

Sauberes Zimmer, gemütliches Bett, ruhig obwohl an einer großen Straße gelegen, günstiges Parkhaus (Ringcenter, Zugang über Klingel auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ohne Probleme möglich, 6€/Tag, gesamtes Parkdeck C ist für das Hotel), guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche, leckeres Frühstück mit völlig ausreichender Auswahl, Bar mit guter Getränke- und sogar kleiner Speisenauswahl, U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, Hotel praktischerweise über einem Einkaufszentrum gelegen

Parkhaus könnte innen etwas besser beschildert sein (es steht nur einmal direkt am Eingang sehr unauffällig welches Parkdeck zum Hotel gehört), Lüftung vom Bad bleibt für mich persönlich deutlich zu lange an (30min. nachdem das Licht ausgeschaltet wurde dieses laute Gebläse zu hören ist vor allem ungünstig, wenn man schlafen möchte), Lüften des Zimmers etwas schwierig, da sich nur das kleinere von zwei Fenstern kippen ließ (Öffnen aufgrund der Höhe aus Sicherheitsgründen natürlich sowieso nicht)

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof mit diversen Problemen

Das Hotel ist innen nett und sauber

Wir sind an einem Feiertag spät abends im Dunkeln mit dem Auto angereist. Das Hotel ist von der Straße aus nicht zu erkennen, da der Eingang versteckt, seitlich neben dem ShoppingCenter liegt und keinerlei Schild etc darauf hinweist. Der Eingangsbereich selbst ist eine verschlossene Tür in einem dreckigen Windfang in dem wohl auch Obdachlose und Junkies übernachten. Man muss klingeln und warten, bis die zu einem Treppenhaus geöffnet wird. Das Hotel erreicht man mit einem Fahrstuhl im 5 Stock. Leider wurde uns nicht gleich geöffnet, sondern wir mussten ca. 10min warten, bis zufällig jemand heraus kam. Die Einfahrt in Parkhaus war der Hammer. Komplett dunkle Seitengasse hinter dem Hotel an den Bahngleisen. Parkhaus verschlossen. Im Eingangsbereich des Parkhauses und auf der Straße gehen Junkies und Drogendealer ihren Geschäften nach. Man muss aus dem Auto aussteigen und dazwischen zur Klingel durchgehen. Man fühlt sich maximal unsicher. Zudem hat man uns leider beim Check-In nicht gesagt, dass man im Parkhaus auf die Ebene C8 fahren muss, um direkt in das Hotel zu kommen. Insofern irrten wir mit unserem Gepäck spätabends in einem leeren, dunklen !!! (das Licht ging nicht) Parkhaus umher und suchten mit Handytaschenlampe einen Ausgang. Da das ShoppingCenter geschlossen hatte, waren auch die Fahrstühle außer Betrieb. Schließlich gelangten wir über ein (zum Glück beleuchtetes) Treppenhaus wieder zum Eingang/Windfang zurück. Mit der Hotelkarte kommt man dann direkt rein und muss nicht warten. Immerhin... Das Personal am CheckIn ist leider nicht geschult und spricht nur teilweise deutsch. Nett waren sie aber alle. Ich würde nach diesen gemachten Erfahrungen nicht wieder dort übernachten, da es mir einfach zu unsicher dort ist

Стильный и недорогой отель!

Расположен у метро - 2 минуты. Отдельный вход на 1 этаже. Стойка регистрации круглосуточная. Номер комфортный, чистый, маленький - но это сразу понятно в бронировании. В лобби можно набирать питьевую воду (холодна и кипяток). Нам нужно было напечатать билеты и администратор помог решить этот вопрос.

В стоимость номера не предусмотрели тапочки. Лучше брать свой шампунь (тут 3 в 1 - мыло, гель, шампунь).

Godny polecenia hotel.

Hotel jest bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, znajduje się na granicy wjazdu do "Umweltzone" czyli strefy niskiej emisji w Berlinie, dzięki czemu nie trzeba nabywać specjalnej zielonej naklejki na samochód jeżeli jest się tylko przejazdem w Berlinie. Przy samym hotelu znajduje się stacja metra U5, z której dojedziemy do samego centrum. Śniadania były bardzo dobre. Parking w cenie 3 euro za noc to prawie jak darmowy!

Empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns zum dritten Mal für dieses Hotel entschieden - die Lage ist super! Etwas ruhiger und die ÖVM gleich in der Nähe. Der Parkplatz mit dem Preis dazu fast unschlagbar für Berlin.

Der Fernseher ging ständig aus, es gab mehrere Gäste, bei denen es genauso war. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war sehr nett, allerdings gab es Sprachverständnisprobleme (die Zimmernummer wurde mehrfach nicht verstanden, auch bei anderen nicht). Kein Drama, aber an den Zahlen sollte wenigstens gearbeitet werden.

The entrance is a bit dodgy at night, but nothing too bad. The rooms are small, so space is minimal, but functional.

Good air-conditioning and clean room. Nice idea with free drink in exchange for spare cleaning. In general the atmosphere of the hotel. Breakfast was with various products and good enought.

The niu Hide looks great! I saw for the first time some hotel with graffiti! It is really something else and looks awesome! Also is close to some shops and U-bahn 5,so the best way to get there from Berlin Hbf! Quit place and comfortable beds.

- Parking price - Location on the edge of the low emission zone (you don't need a sticker on your car) - 1 minute walk to public transport stops - Quite clean room

- Lack of communication and answering our questions prior to check-in - Very poor breakfast buffet especially if you're not into bread-and-ham sandwiches: almost zero vegetables&fruites, one type of yogurt, one option of pastry etc but three types of ham - The room space is quite limited, the bed takes most of it but it's still not huge

misunderstanding

The location of this hotel is a huge problem, part of rooms has a view on trial station, trains are running all the time! Is unbelievable that you can sleep in this room? I went four times to reception to change the room, every time stuff say its impossible. Finale I said I want to cancel my stay and then change my room with out any chargers, however, at the check out they ask to pay 40 euro more. I still try to refund this money.

One night, very comfortable and nice experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is only a few steps from the U5 Subway station. There are two big shopping malls nearby and lots of different restaurants, bistros etc. The room was VERY small, but with everything we needed, clean and very comfortable beds. There is a nice lobby with a table football and some more games, free water and a bar.

The room was really very small and I would have appreciated a coffee/tea maker in the room. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.

Lovely staff - very helpfull and friendly.

The entrance is very very dark at night - it doesn't look safe. As it's at the end of a dark ally, there was a strong smell of urine and leftovers from a homeless guy. Before having the card to access the building no one responded to the intercomm, but luckly a guest arrived to let us enter. Saw that happening to other guests arriving to the hotel.

Fab urban stay with a great view from the lobby - take a coffee here

Great open urban space: breakfast room, lazy chairs, table football, TV and a great view over Berlin and it's S-Bahn - great place to take a morning coffee and watch the trains rush by.

The front door! Down an alley just by the Ring shopping center. This is slightly off putting, especially as there is no reception here just a pair of heavy metal doors which you have to buzz to gain access. Then you enter an unmanned lobby, take the life to the 5th floor and it's here where the hotel is.

Berlin is spectacular with an amazing amount of history. I recommend you indulge in what the city has to offer.

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it started off our days on great note. The spread had everything including different types of coffee’s and juices.

I can’t say this was a big deal to me personally, but our Uber drivers did not like dropping us off on the Main Street. I know there is a parking garage entrance but it was hard for them to reach us through GPS unless we met them on the Main Street.

Modern but tiny room, no free amenities, nice location next to Frankfurter Allee station

Nice, modern design. Location next to a S-Bahn and U-Bahn station as well as a shopping mall with two supermarkets. Genuinely nice breakfast bufet.

Room was tiny, no desk, no kettle, water bottle in the room was not free. Unfortunately, just around the corner seems to be a popular space for homeless people.
