Sehr schlechte Unterkunft nicht zum empfehlen

Mir hat absolut nichts gefallen nicht zum empfehlen

Hatte erst kleines Zimmer nach Beschwerde nicht sauber Stuhl kaputt. Dann hatte ich größers Zimmer bekommen TV kaputt konnte quasi kein TV schauen am Fenster Rolladen kaputt. In der Gemeinschafts Küche hatte sich der Müll von anderen Gäste gestapelt der Geruch voll Müll hatte sich ausgebreitet quasi 121,50€ gezahlt für nix bin Samstags abends noch in ein anderes Hotel geflüchtet hatte es dort nicht mehr ausgehalten.

Hatte dieses Mal Pech mit dem Zimmer. WLAN und Sauberkeit nicht in Ordnung.

War schon zwei Mal hier, da hat es mir besser gefallen.

WLAN war in diesem Zimmer katastrophal. Ich konnte nicht mal E-Mails abrufen. Dieses Zimmer war voller Insekten. Habe drei Käfer, eine Spinne und 8 Fliegen beseitigen müssen.

Wouldn't recommend it.

The location was useful for me. That's all.

The other guests (a large family) were smoking and yelling in the corridors from early in the morning. The children running through the corridors and trying to open the door of my room at 1.30am. A nightmare. Since there is no reception at the building I didn't have anyone to complain to. The housekeeper knocked at my door 8am on my check-out day when I was told I had the room till 12pm. She didn't speak English at all so it was difficult to communicate.

The WORST PLACE so far !

Absolutely Nothing!

On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 the best then this would be a -10. The place was filthy, dirty, drunk people right next to the entrance, slow internet and small beds, the room to small to open the bathroom door even half way, the bathroom had a 18 inch square spot to stand, that was all and I am not kidding. The smallest bathroom we have ever seen and to make things worse, the bathroom air extractor did not work. The microwave had corrosion on, loose, fallen of door handle and light switches on the table, terrible electrical installation, the shared kitchen was never cleaned, the reception got moved out of the building and is now half a mile down the road and so on. Too much to mention here, I have tons of pictures and will share those on Google when we are back home.

Comfy room, recommended for a short stay on business

Good room for the price, everything was clean and the room was well set up with a coffee machine and comfy beds. Location was OK, close proximity to the motorway we were traveling on. Reception was far away but very friendly and helpful once I get there.

Parking was very tight for a van. Reception is a 10 minute walk away at another hotel, there's got to be a better solution for that. No AC in the room, and the hot water in the shower ran out quite quickly.

Horrible place to stay

The location is good. Very close to the city center

The bathroom was very small. The sink was half over the toilet bowl. The room is not a lot bigger. When I was there, 2 out of 3 nights the hotel had no warm water.

A pleasant alternative to a classic hotel

This is like a little mountain chalet with a nice atmosphere and comfortable rooms. Parking is free at the back of the building. I arrived late so they gave me a key code and I picked up my keys out of a key box near the front door. The bed was very comfortable. The accessories in the were were good, refrigerator, water boiler etc. In the lobby there is a fridge with cold water and drinks. To check-in normally you go to a rental office to take care of the administrative things. The office is only about 2 minutes away from the property. The room is very clean, relatively modern, and quite comfortable. I like that the windows have rolling blinds which makes the room nice and dark. For the price paid I do not think there is a better deal in Neckarsulm.

At 5:00am the person in the room next to me had their radio alarm go off very loudly and they refused to turn it down. Either he was not there or he slept through it because banging on the wall did not help. But this is not the fault of the property. Inconsiderate guests are not something that can be helped. I really have no complaints about the facility. It is quaint and comfortable.
