The location was good.

From the moment we arrived it was a disaster. The rental company changed our location but evidently didn't inform the location we were to be at that we would be arriving. Sat there for hours waiting for them to clear it up. Once we got the keys, we went to the unit only to find out that the A/C didn't work and it was 90+ degrees out. Called maintenance and were told nothing could be done until Monday....it was Friday and evidently the rental company doesn't work on weekends. They told us to go buy fans. Seriously? I didn't pay $1,000 to have to go buy fans. Eventually the maintenance guy brought fans to us. It wasn't comfortable, but it was at least bearable. This company needs to have staff working on the weekend if they are going to rent apartments like hotel rooms. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever had for a Booking.

The location was very convenient, easy walk to stores and public transportation, the parking garage was a PLUS, 24 hr. fitness Center a bonus, even though, we didn't have enough time to use is much. The place was spacious and clean and had almost everything in it that was needed to make the stay feel like home. There were enough towels, beds were comfortable, 2 bathrooms were nice to have. Would defininitely come back.

The overall stay was very pleasant. These are things to make the stay exceptional ...Here we go: The porter on duty didn't seem to hve been informed about our arrival. He wanted to know if we knew the number of the appartment, which I didn't. But everything was cleared up after a while. the expanation about parking garage and how to operate the fob for the doors could have been a bit more for 'dummies', but we figuered it out. Instructions on how to run the heating system properly would have been helpful.... it took us a while to figure out there were 2, general info on reclycling and where trash chute is located - one doesn't necessarily pay attention when walking by them. As to cookware and dishes: a skillet would have been nice to have - number dishes and flatware were ok, # of wine glasses a bit short. Information that we need to buy our own dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent (there was enough for one load ) and toilet paper..It's not an issue - but good to know in the beginning.
