Great location on the beach. Property was clean and spacious.

The place was beautiful, well maintained, beach front, spacious. Plenty of sitting space. Plenty of kitchen stuff needed. Nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. We loved everything about it! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great spot to center our vacation

We have always enjoyed staying at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas and this past week did not disappoint… beautiful accommodations, perfect location to great restaurants, great pools and the icing on the cake was having great ocean views and waking up to beautiful sun rises over the ocean each morning.

Our 4th stay at this property, plus 2 at another in this complex. Impeccably clean, excellent communication. Oh, that ocean view! I loved sitting with my feet in the sea, coffee on the balcony, and my 8 year old grandson loved the pool. Highly recommend the BBQ grilled shrimp & cheesy grits at Charleston Crabhouse. Best street corn is at Pier 101.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo is beautifully furnished, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for whatever you may need. Everything was so clean. You cannot beat the ocean view! You are right on the beach. We have stayed at OFV twice before and this is my favorite. Check in and out is so easy and we we received emails checkin on us with phone numbers to call if we needed anything at all. Folly Beach is one of my favorite places to visit with beautiful beach houses everywhere to rent but you cannot beat this location of OceanFront Villas. Thank you so much Rob! We loved your place!

We highly enjoyed staying in this condo. It was clean, easy to access and spacious! Our family fit comfortably and we would highly recommend to others.

It was a great condo! Kitchen was well stocked and condo was a great layout for our family. The view was amazing and we enjoyed having coffee on the deck every morning and wine in the evening. The best part is we walked everywhere and didn’t have to drive once. We even used Shipt for our groceries to be delivered. We will be back!

Folly is really casual and layed back. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Beach is great, nice sand and the water is so warm! Condo was really cute and in a great location. My one and only complaint is no room darkening blinds or drapes in the master bedroom made it nearly impossible to sleep past sunrise even wearing an eye mask.

This is our second stay in this unit. Clean, close to everything, and oceanfront! We ranged from 80 to 6 years in age and all had a wonderful time. So sad to leave!

Excellent Location! Great check in, very welcoming and friendly parking attendant when entering the parking area. Very nice call from the property manager. All Good!

Great condo in great location on the beach in Folly Beach! My Grandaughters loved the double bunks in the 3rd bedroom. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Liked the big table where we could all enjoy our meal together. Good place to see fireworks! Best if you go down on the grass. Great people watching from the balcony! 😃�

Overall this is a great place to stay! This condo actually looks better in person than in the pictures. My only complaint is the building is aging. An elderly couple got stuck in one of the elevators and had to call 911 and it was out of service for about a day. A pipe under the building burst not once but twice during our week. A bolt the first time almost hit a child. One happened at 8 am in the morning and the fire alarm went off in our unit for an hour. It was also raining that day so it wasn't like we could easily leave to get away from the alarm. When I reached out to the property management company I did not get a reply for days. Their response was these things were out of their control, which I understand. However, I expect they are in communication with the property management on site and can communicate to guests what is being done to remedy the issues. We began to question if it was safe to walk underneath the building. All this to say, the unit is lovely. The location can't be beat.

We had family who are 79, 65, 43, 38, 18, 15, and 5 in our group. We had days filled with fun, individually and collectively. This is our third time at this condo complex and we are big fans! Not sure how we are going to go back to our usual days after such a lovely week in and at the ocean!

We would definitely stay in 213 again. Large balcony facing ocean, well maintained, updated, kitchen Is well stocked (bring your own crockpot), elevator and stairs close, parking under building, easy walk (1block) to fishing pier and restaurants. Management and maintenance quick to respond. Folly Beach is a nice mix of families, seniors and young adults. Thanks for a great visit.

nice property, easy access to the beach, nicely furnished, kitchen stove could use upgrade - burners cook unevenly and oven smokes quickly setting off fire alarm. walking distance to downtown area and pier which is great with small children. overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again
