Perfect location with great ammenities.

We had a great time staying here in siesta! The home is clean, comfortable and is in a great location! we were walking distance to the beach, several restaurants and all the night life. The pool, hot tub and outdoor patio area are a fabulous option when you don't want to go to the beach. We enjoyed watching football on the big screen while floating in the pool on a sunny Florida day!! Jeff was very accommodating. everything from booking to check out was super easy! Thanks again for everything!!

This is our 5th time to stay in this house at Siesta Key! We have stayed other places but you can’t beat the price and location of this beautiful house ! We no longer rent a car when we come. We Uber from the airport and rent a golf cart for a fun way to get around . The restaurants , stores and night life are all with in a 3 min walk! The beach is also walking distance and much less crowed than the public beach. Plenty of room in this large house ! We have slept 7 adults/ teens easily . The best part is the gorgeous pool out back right on the canal with a waterfall and hot tub ! There is also a large tv outside where the kids like to night swim and watch movies ! Will definitely stay here again !

The house was everything we expected and more. The home is spacious and very clean. The pool area was well maintained and so much fun. My only complaint would be the water temp was a little too warm but, it was still enjoyable. The convenience of this home is great. It is walking distance to every thing in the village. The beach access is a fairly short walk as well. My family and I will definitly visit again!

This quaint home is a walking distance to the main strip of Siesta Key Village. As you enter the home you can see the beautiful patio, pool and hot tub through the double glass doors leading outside, that sits on the canal. The house is equipped with all the essentials to make you feel at home. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you will need to prepare meals if you choose not to have a night out at one of the local restaurants in the village. The home has four bedrooms and two baths to fit your family comfortably. When not in the pool or at the beach you can relax in the living room on the large sectional or couch watching your favorite movie. (There are two additional couches). Another big plus to this home is the location where you are a short walk to the most beautiful beach. Overall, this home meets all the needs of my family and we will definitely be coming back!!! I recommend this rental to anyone who wants to vacation in paradise.🌴🌴🌴

The property was perfect for us and our little doggies 🐕...it was quiet we fell in love with everything about it..so happy we went and stayed 10 days...i highly recommend this little piece of paradise..

Our eighth year of spending April at this house. Great location, great pool area, great space for our kids and grandkids. Jeff is very responsive to all requests and issues. We are planning on spending many more April’s here.

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. The property is steps away from the village, spacious and feels like home! Our kids call it our Florida house! We rented kayaks and kayaked daily right from the back yard. The kids enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We watched the NFL playoffs on the outdoor at in front of the outdoor fireplace. Can’t say enough about how much we love staying here! Hope to return!

Property exactly as described. Nice location, easy walk to several beach accesses. Quite dead end street. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and fishing in the canal. Would rent again if visiting Siesta Key in the future.

We have stayed here several times over the last few years and it is a Siesta Key favorite. The walking distance Siesta Village as well as the pool and hot tub keep us coming back. Unfortunately, it is always heavily booked or we would rent it more frequently. The property owner / manager is great to work with and responds very quickly to any problems or concerns that may arise. We like the privacy versus renting at a condo complex.

This home had everything we could possibly need or want. The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to even have our little Thanksgiving without a hitch. It was walking distance to beach and everything in the village. The yard was very peaceful and enjoyable with the pool and hot tub. We paid for the heated hot tub and it was worth every penny. It was wonderful! Hope to definitely come back!

My family stayed here for a week, loved the property and pool area. Close to village, the golf cart we rented worked out great to get around! Only complaint is there are no extra linens, or bath towels in the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything from price to location was great. When you can park your car for a week because everything is that close made it much more enjoyable. The pool was awesome, my daughter enjoyed it every day.

All 8 of us had an absolute wonderful time! We have 4 kids(17,15,15,&7) in our clan! We all enjoyed the pool, patio, outside tv (at nighttime)and the inside surround sound! We had an easy walk to the beach and so many restaurants. The farmers market on Sundays is awesome. We can’t wait to return! Beautiful tropical flowers and tropical foliage! A true piece of paradise. An excellent beach vacation rental! As you enter the front door you enter a welcoming , clean home that is large enough for a nice sized family. The home has four bedrooms , sizeable living area and kitchen with two full bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, if you choose to make meals instead of going out. The main living area has four couches where people can gather and enjoy company. When you open the sliding glass doors at the back of the home you walk into a little piece of heaven. The scenery, pool and hot tub add to the charm of this home, Another benefit from renting this home is that it is a short walk to the crystal blue ocean and the quaint Village of Siesta Key. I can honestly say that our family did not want to leave and we will definitely be going back!!!

Completely enjoyable

This is our third stay at this house and everything was great. The location and property can't be beat.

It was our 7th year in a row staying here for the month of February. We already booked for next year. Love the back yard on the canal, patio, hot tub and pool, sunshine all day long. Short walk to the Village and about 8-10 mins to the beach at Patriots Pier.

This house has all amenities you need. Pool and patio area is the best, sunshine sunup to sun down. Love it here.

This property hit all the points on our checklist. Nice pool, great spa, spacious floor plan and bedrooms. The location is excellent. The beach is a quick walk. The village is about 450ft from the property yet once on Avendina Madera the road is very quiet. The canal behind the house makes for a great place to sit beside the pool and enjoy the quiet scenery.

Walk to everything! Great pool & spa! Comfortable furnishings and friendly helpful neighbors. We're coming back & staying longer.
