Very friendly staff

Other than being on the third floor it was great. Very accommodating

I look for location and convenience when staying on the beach this is literally almost right across from the beach close to the village has a swimming pool and plenty of places to ride a bike and explore

We stayed during July 4th holiday weekend and there was some late night pool excursions till about 1:00 in the morning but it was only for a couple days

Perfect location - five minute walk from the beach. Easy walk into the village for eating out without worrying about parking the car

There is really nothing I would change, except maybe more pillows in the bed. That’s not a negative, just a personal preference.

A little pricey but was a wonderful stay

Great place to stay on Siesta Key! Beach access just a short walk from the property with chairs/umbrellas and beach towels provided and available for use. The beach is less crowded at this access than it is further south where the hotels are, too! Free Siesta Key trolley access right next to the beach access point. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance (about 12-15 min) to the village where there are shops and restaurants. There are kitchenette accommodations but not an actual stove, so be aware if you were planning on making meals in. There is a hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave as well as a kettle and coffee maker. Close to the airport, it took about 30 minutes without traffic to get to/from SRQ airport.

The stairs to the second floor needed to be vacuumed, but it's understandable it's hard to keep up with the sand everyone tracks in. Not a negative, but be aware that the path to the beach is somewhat lengthy, so use the carts provided to haul the chairs/umbrellas, and just be prepared for the walk and pushing the cart in the sand. The beach itself is worth the walk!

Bob the owner very nice. Close to the beach, they furnish chairs umbrella and sand toys for the beach. The units are very nice

The Sea Spray Resort has everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Every amenity in the room, especially the kitchen & beach items such as chairs, umbrellas etc.

The resort is a little ‘tired’. The room wasn’t as clean in certain areas as it should have been. The hallway & stairs outside our room were filthy.

Old school Florida at its finest.Great location, close to beach and the village. The resort is not state of the art, but clean and comfortable. Bob, and other staff, were super nice.

If we were staying longer than 3 days would have requested unit with full kitchen.

I liked everything and Mr. Bob provided a great customer service. Walking distance from restaurants and the beach was just amazing Can't wait to go back.

Didn’t care for room on the third level. Accessible only through laundry and equipment storage area, stairs only.

Need to have a blanket in the bedroom, Didn't realize we had to go up several flights of stairs to get to the room after walking for five miles around the island

It is a bit dated. Bathroom needs upgraded
