Home was clean and organized. We had a great bachelor trip. Only 2 issues with the place were location in comparison to how the pictures show it and the thermostat. Days stayed averaged in mid 70s to low 80’s and the thermostat was locked on heat. Tried contacting all 3 property contacts about it to unlock the thermostat and did not receive calls or texts back. Maybe for future stays leave it unlocked? With that being said, overall, 5 stars for how the property itself is kept. You can see that the surrounding area is trying to be improved, just not quite there yet.

The description and amenities are as advertised. We enjoyed a relaxing visit to Atlantic City. The cleanliness ranks far superior to the many units I have rented in the past.

check-in was easy, the place was clean, the elevator made packing and unpacking a breeze, plenty of parking and everything was functional. plenty of gas for the grill, had a sweet cookout and got some sleep between our trips to the casinos. very easy to hit the ocean casino back and forth. would do it again!

Great house for hosting my large group. Close to the beach/boardwalk and casinos on both sides of AC. We really enjoyed the roof top space during our stay.

Our party ended up being 9 people total and we were all very comfortable here. I had recently injured my leg too and was pleased to discover that the home had an elevator! Great home, great, location, great everything!

We had a fabulous time at the rental property. The owner Steve was super accommodating and very welcoming, and made the whole process is easy. The home was beautiful!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property offered ample parking, a nice kitchen, 3 full baths, and good space for our group. A quick car ride to the casinos, and a nice amount of deck space (though the weather was far too cold for us to take advantage of said outdoor space). Host was also very helpful and responsive with questions we had leading up to our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice house, exactly as described on the app. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as advertised. We had a larger group and felt it was better to stay at this location than hotel rooms. If and when we return, we likely will stay here again.

We had a great time. Steve was a great host. We had one problem while staying there. Came back from dinner and the garage door wouldn’t open. Steve had his guy there right away to repair a broken spring and it was all fixed in a flash. This could have been a major problem if Steve didn’t get right on it. 5 adults and 6 kids fit well. Cooked breakfast every morning and spent a lot of time cooking in between the beach and the boardwalk. It was a great trip.

Steve was extremely responsive throughout the process. He is a great host. The house is close to the casinos, Boardwalk, and restaurants. The view from the rooftop is so beautiful.

This place is so much better than a hotel room!! Less expensive. Tons more space and a wonderful view from the rooftop deck. The cowner was very responsive and accommodating too.

Very clean, great location, very large town home. Owner was very responsive and we truly enjoyed our stay in AC. Literally a few minutes from restaurants, casinos, and shopping. Highly recommended.

The Top End Townhomes was the perfect place to host my brother's bachelor party. Twelve of us stayed comfortably in the house (we did bring a couple air mattresses as suggested by the owner, Steve, so that people could have their own beds if desired). The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed for the weekend, as we did a lot of our own cooking. The grill and rooftop deck was a great place for us to hang out for our Friday night steak dinner. The views off the deck were great, overlooking the marina. And it was definitely a huge bonus having 3 bathrooms! Upon our arrival, our code did not work. Within minutes of contacting the site manager, someone was there to rectify the situation and set up the code for us. Ivanna was also quick to respond and very easy to communicate with when we checked out and updated her on the status of the apartment. Prior to our arrival, our communications with Steve were extremely professional and prompt. He ALWAYS responded within an hour or so, which was great for planning purposes. His answers were thorough and there were really no surprises. Everything was great! We would definitely use Top End Townhomes again if we were to return to AC for any reason. I would highly recommend staying here with a large or small group!

Our extended family of 6 loved this property. We were close to the casinos and shopping and Cedar Market offered a great alternative to cooking! We were slightly concerned when entering the neighborhood due to the presence of older, less maintained properties, but it's clear that this is just a sign of a neighborhood in transition. There are plenty of newer homes like this townhome and also several currently under renovation or for sale. All of the locals we met in our comings and goings were extremely friendly. We had a minor problem with the elevator not working upon arrival, but the problem was fixed first thing the next morning. Only one of the bedrooms has a TV, which can be alittle challenging with a large group of people, but we spent a good amount of time out on the town limiting the opportunity for the young folks to fight over what to watch. The wifi helped as well since the older ones had tablets and could 'netflix and chill' when they couldn't get to a television. The rooftop view was a great backdrop for pictures and wonderful for catching the night breeze. We would definitely book again if we ever return to AC!

The house was great! Very large, clean and in a great location from downtown AC.
