Great value for money and the host was very nice

The balcony cover doesn’t fold back which means you don’t get the sun on the balcony

a clean and quite quiet place, it would be even quieter if there wasn't a church nearby, not that I have anything against the church or faith, it's just that the bells ring every hour, so if you want to sleep more than 6 in the morning it's impossible, otherwise the apartment is clean, spacious, bright. a bit far from the center, about 2.5 km and it takes about 20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car if you have one.the owner was nice, he gave us wine, snacks, olive oil, honey,thank You !

Big apartment, spacious balconies with great views over the neighbourhood and mountains. Stelios, the host, ensured that we have everything we need and also gave us small oresents during our stay. Nea Chora beach is within 12-13 min walking time, plenty of big and small supermarkets in the area and you must try the food from Ligo apo ola restaurant, on the way to the beach. Would certainly come back again if in Chania!

There were some small cleaning issues at the beginning but the host solved them quickly and ensured us that it was not something usual. The AC in the living room is pretty outdated

- The owner Stelios was very polite, he also got us a present the last day (wine and chips with a note), which was very thoughtful, so hospitality was great. - TV had free Netflix - Location was good, 10 min to the closest beach Nea Chora and 15 min to the city center, very calm area - There were 2 air conditioners, one in the living room/kitchen and one in the bedroom

- The real condition of the apartment is not the same as in the photos. It is not extremely bad, but there are some hidden spots not covered by the pictures on booking, for example: 1. A black stain in the working surface of the kitchen area. 2. The air conditioner is leaking direct on the balcony of the living room. Also, the air conditioner of the living room has a lot of yellow rusty stains 4. The view from the balcony of the bedroom it is like in an horror movie, you are literally watching to a depony (no bad smell, but a lot of dirty thrown stuff, very messy) 5. The door handle of the bathroom is falling off sometimes if you actually want to close the door, but if you are not closing the door then is good 6. Weak toilet flush, the water pressure is very low - you have to flush it a few times and wait a bit, so be careful what you eat 😅 7. The trash can behind the toilet was very greasy and dirty 8. No ventilation in the toilet and the window cannot totally open 9. The electric kettle had a bit of a dirty water inside (not that relevant, you have the stove with hot plates, but still, it could have been cleaned up)

The apartment was as described, clean, spacious and bright. Located 15 minutes from Old town, and 10 minutes from the beach. There’re parking spaces nearby. Mr. Stelios was friendly, helpful and especially very nice person 😊 Thank you, so much for everything! We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will be back soon.

Il proprietario, Stelios, è stato disponibile e gentilissimo dal primo all'ultimo giorno, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare frutta fresca, acqua, vino, olio e miele di sua produzione. L'ultimo giorno ci ha omaggiato del miele da portare a casa. L'appartamento è pulito e ben arredato, e ha tutto ciò che serve. E' molto spazioso e ha un terrazzo grande e vivibile, rispecchia a pieno le foto proposte. La posizione è ottima, lontana dal traffico principale e a soli 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Chania. Il parcheggio lo si trova facilmente sotto casa, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a riguardo. Questo soggiorno è andato oltre le nostre aspettative, lo consigliamo vivamente!

Posizione tranquilla e vicina al centro camminando 20 min. Stelios è stato molto gentile e caloroso. Bellissimi tramonti dal balcone. Ottimo miele offerto dal proprietario, speriamo di tornarci presto. C'è una piccola chiesa Ortodossa di fronte che ti porta indietro nel tempo.
