The location is great if u wish for peaceful holidays - the bus station is near, also there is a very small market selling bread and some veggies 2 mins away on foot. The beach is 5 mins walk from the house, petra beach is 30 mins walk, so is Kobuleti. Bolt can drive you there for a reasonable price. It's a good idea to bring some food with you. The hosts were very nice, didn't speak English, but we communicated via google translate. All in all, good value for the money if u don't mind having a shared kitchen and bathroom.

There was a fan shown in the pictures so we expected we would get one - but there was none even though we asked for it - it was hot and humid so it would be much appreciated. The kitchen facilities were old (knives would need some sharpening etc).

I liked the location. It was close (1 km) to a very nice natural beach by Petra fortress. Nice garden too, staff friendly but not English speaking. Nice kitchen to our disposal. New building, however it needs a lot of work. There was a table tennis. A friendly market 100 metres from the house. You can take local bus to Batumi for 3 GEL. The bus is operating almost 24/7. Get off in Kobuleti, if you come from Kutaisi.

The toilet and the bathroom. We shared the toilet with too many people and were very disturbed by traffic - people using bathroom at night and early morning were walking very closely by our corner room. We were promised the room with the balcony and we were given the dark room, with slight content of mould, old mattress and furniture in the basement. Get ready for humidity, it is normal in the area. Instead of view, we looked at the car parked 2 metres from the house - so called terrace. The owner could not advise us how to get there. The taxi driver was not competent, got lost. There are no signs on the main road.

Amazing hostel!!!super clean,very affordable private rooms,nice kitchen,hot water,close to kobuleti and batumi with local buses.hostel has very nice owners and they help you with all your needs.i will definitely return without a doubt!

Nothing to complain

Great place. Nice garden, close to the beach. All the facilities you need. Nice owners. Public transport very close and not far to Batumi or nearest town.

Nothing at all. Taxi couldn’t find the property. It was in the middle of nowhere.

My “private” bathroom was outside the room on the shared balcony so everyone could use it. In room was so much colder than outside. I paid for heating because it wasn’t included in the price but the heater was damaged and I supposed to get it next day but I already paid for the first day so I had to sleep in my winter jacket! Shared kitchen was dirty, I even can’t imagine cook there. Also my “private” bathroom was dirty and the floor was wet there so someone before me used it. The host was sending me inappropriate messages and writing me at the night. I ended my journey there after one day (I paid for 4 days) but I wish I never go there. I’m traveling alone and I felt there really unsafe and uncomfortable.

Big terrain.

Small kitchen and for every guest plus for the people who live there!, no heating, a lot of Russian people.

That's a wonderful place! Well-equiped kitchen, beautiful nature around, very easy access to the beach, and helpful and kind hosts. You can take a minibus to Batumi or Kobuleti from a bus stop located in 100 meters from there. Totally recommend it!
