Lina and Laura are some of the nicest and most helpful hosts I've ever encountered. I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel, the breakfast is perfect, the bed is huge and comfortable, the shower pressure is great and the location is only a few minutes walk to everything but it's in a quiet lane so you're guaranteed a good nights sleep. A lot of thought has gone into this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again if I get the chance.

Lina and Laura were very helpful, made sure that we experienced the best parts the island had to offer and provided an excellent service straight from arrival!

- the place, an old refurbished palace, the huge room with nice enclosed terrace, well decorated, nice big bathroom with lot of light, good and silent air-conditioning ,good bed, the well equipped kitchen is a plus - the location is in the pedestrian area, close to everything but very quiet: even during the San Juan we could sleep reasonably well as the access is outside the main streets used by the horses and people - the great service provided by Lina & Laura! - the nice recommendations for restaurants

- The hotel being in the pedestrian area, getting there with lot of baggages is a real pain - As the climate is very humid, it was difficult to dry the towels after usage because the ventilation of the bathroom is inefficient. We had to put them on the terrace during the night. They should consider adding a dehumidification function to the air conditioning or improving the bathroom ventilation - The breakfast is the weak point, not to the level of the general experience: we appreciate the fact that there were salty options, oranges for the juice that we prepare at home as well every morning , and that the basket content was different every day. However, it was a take-it or leave-it option, so what we could not eat or did not like had probably to be thrown away after, which is a pity. Nothing compares to a well stocked buffet, where we can try and select what we appreciate and in a quantity we can eat. This is the main reason why we would hesitate coming back to Divina suites next time, as for us a good breakfast is of much importance

despite being, probably, unplanned the openness of the room (no draws, only one wardrobe) was very ADHD friendly as very used to forgetting things in closed spaces. Room used space very well so felt very big but very welcoming also. Staff were very friendly, offered suggestions and did everything possible to help. Was even given dairy free versions of breakfast. Breakfast was different and fun. everything very fresh.

Divina Suites is a great boutique hotel with lovely, big, and clean rooms. Laura and Lina were always of great help and open for a quick chat - thank you both! We would definitely come back when enjoying again this lovely island and it’s nice people.

The breakfast items delivered in a tasteful basket to outside your door each morning- fresh from the market and bakery were absolutely delicious and generously portioned. A fabulous start to each day! Lina and Laura are charming and solicitous hosts.The building is beautiful and my suite was gorgeous. A memorable stay!

Nothing - everything perfect for me as a single traveller with some anxieties about my first trip abroad since before Covid ( and the awful Brexit nightmare!)

Lina, the host/owner was amazing; nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast, delivered daily, was perfect and the location of the hotel was great. The studio room was tasteful and cleverly designed and there were thoughtful extras such as coffee pods for the machine, toiletries and bathrobes. I would return in an instant!

We had an exceptional time at Divina Suites. Lina was incredibly accommodating and helpful - she provided wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants and even left us a bottle of local wine for my fiance's birthday. We looked forward to the breakfast basket every morning. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and exceptionally executed. Already dreaming of going back. Thank you!

Excellent location great breakfast and super friendly staff

Staff fantastic-large rooms. Location can not be beat. We left it up to the front desk to make all our dinner reservation. Great job!! Very quiet and slept like rocks. Morning breakfast we sometimes took on our outing to the beaches for picnics. Very yummy!!

Lina and Agueda went over and beyond to make our stay fun and comfortable. They customised the breakfast to our tastes and gave us SO many aamazing tips and ideas for how best to explore the island. We are so grateful to them for helping us make the most of our trip in Menorca! We feel like we found a hidden gem in Cuitadella. Huge shower, comfortable bed with amazing pillows, fresh orange juice every morning.

We had a great stay in the hotel. It’s super clean with great facilities. Both ladies at reception desk were extremely nice, showing us where to visit and where to park. A great variety of fruit, bread, ham and pastries were delivered every morning, not a single day is the same! Parking place is within 7 min walk and it’s right within city center with restaurants and pharmacies around. If we visit Menorca again, I will definitely stay here!
