Property was spotless clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for our group of four adults and two teenagers. Located on a quiet private street two blocks from Tejon and all the restaurants and shops you could want, super convenient location.

Really clean, well appointed, comfortable, and great place for families - we had our spaces within the house, but still felt connected. I like rentals that have a desk for working, but the dining table is so long, I was able to work at the far end for hours without any disruptions. This area of town is nice, convenient, well maintained for being downtown. Colorado Springs is a friendly, well managed city.

This house is so charming! The old vent covers, the pull chain lights and the claw foot tub make this house a total vibe. Plus it’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!!

Charming historic home walking distance to good eats and shops in downtown Colorado Springs! Very clean and well outfitted for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, the private quiet cul de sac and the entertaining squirrels in the well groomed yard. Ana, has created a very cozy home away from home and it was a treat to experience it. Ana’s home was just perfect for our stay! Everything was exactly as described, and the house was even cuter than the pictures showed! Ana was very responsive and helpful answering any questions we had.

This house is very cute and was great for our needs. We could walk to downtown and the house has direct access to a nice running/biking path. Check in and parking were very easy.

Perfect for our family of five. The location was amazing , especially since our event was downtown and we had no car. Very clean, comfortable, and charming. There is a definitely a small homeless population nearby- but we had no issues with that. I would definitely recommend and would stay again

My friends and I traveled to Colorado Springs for a girls’ trip. The house size and amenities were perfect for the three of us. Super clean and great pre-stay communication from host. Loved sitting outside on porch and back patio! Excellent downtown location where we could walk to tons of restaurants and shops. Easy access to freeway to explore all of the city. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this house. The house was clean and very functional. The location was extremely convenient to all attractions and restaurants. The outside space was also useful and very well maintained. The only negative was that the downstairs bathroom needs upgrading.

We had family stay here nearby the other little house rented for USAFA graduation. We all enjoyed the ease and walkability. Owner has thought of everything! Thank you!

This house worked well for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and we liked that we were walking distance to restaurants. We were nervous about being so close to the soup kitchen and seeing many homeless people as we drove to the property but it’s a private and quiet street that seemed to have no issues.

Our stay was fabulous. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, warm, and welcoming. Perfect for a girls trip reunion. It was very comfortable. The location is also great to see many of the beautiful sites.

We were going to a convention at the Antlers Hotel. The hotel did not have anywhere near enough room or facilities for the event so we had to stay elsewhere. Could not have had a better location or hostess. Thank you Ana!

Great stay at a very nice place! Close enough to walk to many restaurants and Weidner field for a soccer game! Hot tub is a nice added bonus!

We had a great family vacation in Colorado Springs prior to dropping off our daughter at Colorado College. The location was perfect as we could walk to the CC campus. and to local shops and restaurants. The house was clean and had good beds and linens. The laundry and kitchen appliances were great. Each of our teenagers had their own room which made us happy.

This home is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. Super clean, very comfortable and roomy. It’s decorated beautifully. We were here for our daughter’s wedding and had family over and everyone commented that the house “felt like home”. The hot tub and outdoor seating area were awesome. The house is within walking distance to downtown Colorado Springs. Highly recommend!

We arrived early to our family reunion and chose to stay here because of its location!!! It did not disappoint!!! There are an endless amount of mom and pop restaurants and finer dining too! It is centrally located in Colorado Springs so you can explore all day and eat in town easily! Our host Ana was also very accommodating and stayed in communication with us if we had any questions! Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed this house. Well appointed with everything from super soft towels to kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable. My favorite thing about the house though was the style and home decor. Very cute. The lawn and garden outside were equally enjoyable. We gave location a 4 because the house is located in downtown and we didn't think about what elements might be in downtown. However, the street this house is on was very quiet and safe plus it's within walking distance to some very nice shopping and restaurants.

This property was exactly as described and perfect for our stay in Colorado Springs this summer. The beds were comfy, parking easy, and home within easy walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. The owner(s) were easy to communicate with and we enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. My 7 year old especially liked the old fashioned doorbell.

The house was just what we needed for our week in Colorado Springs. There was more than enough room for two adults and 3 children. We walked to local restaurants and were within a short drive to grocery stores etc. Thanks!

The house was as expected. Very clean. Closer to downtown than anticipated which was very nice. Perfect for our family with adult kids.

Excellent stay.

Good location to downtown. Walked to dinner, coffee, ice cream (Josh & Johns!). Comfortable beds, be aware that there are angled ceilings in king & queen bedrooms that require stooping to avoid hitting head as you get to the far side of the bed - but not unmanageable. This is a quaint, well decorated & very clean older home. AC was a welcome respite in 90 degree weather. Water pressure & hot water were fine. 5 people got ready for a wedding with no problems. Some reviews noted issues but we found pressure typical for water saving & had no problems. The area has a homeless population (like most cities) but we never had a problem and they kept to themselves. We never felt unsafe. We found that Google maps took you to the wrong location around the the block but Apple Maps worked fine. If we ever come back to Colorado Springs we would definitely try to stay here again.

This house was a really good base for our family of 5 as we explored the area. The location is awesome -- 2 blocks from the heart of downtown, adjacent to a park and great to come home to after daytripping. We didn't use the hot tub as there was a heat wave during our visit. But the back patio was cozy for happy hours and takeout. Inside was very quaint, clean and had all the amenities for a home away from home. Listing is very accurate. Only minor glitch we had was the ice maker didn't work. It wasn't a big deal as we just picked up a couple of bags. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house.
