The pool was clean and large snd a lovely colour & gets sun for most of the day

The kitchen was very average - kitchen cupboards didn’t close & cutlery was very basic

Pool is super clean, staff is excellent.

There was hair in our breakfast. Not much variety for the breakfast. Food could have been better.

Kitchen, Hall, utensils, toilet, bed - all are running down. Utensils not clean, was served with dirty glass. Lighting was poor, Kitchen top was not clean. Bed needs to get it fix as there are sounds like going to broken.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was interesting…just metres from a very busy road but from our Villa you could hear nothing. It was also very private…we hardly saw anyone else in the entire time we were there. The grounds are immaculate and very well tended, and housekeeping did a wonderful job.

There wasn’t really anything to dislike. Some general maintenance issues…loose boards, wobbly hooks in bathroom, plugs that needed seeing to…but just general wear and tear.

The breakfast, the staff , the villa and the bed was so comfy and pool area was clean and aesthetic

The property has very kind staff as the whole Indonesia is.

We stayed 9 days and the breakfast was almost same all over our stay. The pool was full of chlorine (might be the standard ratio) but the kids got skin rashes from day one. We did ask to remove the water and refill with natural one but was full of dirt. We couldn’t enjoy the private pool for almost half of our stay and ended up going out while the entire visit was to let kids enjoy the pool in the summer.

Spacious and relaxing, good size for chilling out and relaxing

Property is slightly run down probably due to covid, towels are old but the friendly and wonderful housekeeping team made up for it all!

The property was beautiful inside and out. The staff we so kind and attentive. Having security guards at the entrance made us feel very safe.

Quiet location in the centre of Seminyak. The villa was clean and relaxing with a good sized pool. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of space in the bedroom.

The power in the shower could have been better but wasn’t an issue.

the location is in center of tourist area with access to so many things . It was very spacious, modern, pleasant, clean with a luxury feel, beautiful and well kept property. the staff were soooo friendly and accommodating.They packed a box breakfast for my early am departure since I was leaving before breakfast hours. The floating breakfast was beautiful and tasty.

it’s in a tropical area so the wildlife that comes with it

Great service by the staff , always willing to help . Although there were a few teething issues, it was all sorted quickly. The Villas are spacious with lot of room . The King bed was one of the most comfortable I slept on. Can easily fit 3 people on there . The pool was clean . Liked the stone tub and other bathroom facilities. Location was central and it's advisable to take a scooty as the traffic in Bali is annoying. It's 10 mins by scooty to Seminyak square and also to Canggu. On the last day Novan, Untung & Dedu helped me get a taxi to the airport. Always book a Blue bird taxi back as it's much cheaper than any other option. Overall a place I would recommend for a holiday.

Not much, the only thing I can think of it's the rain shower pressure, which is not strong at all. Defeats the purpose of having one, but it's a small thing .

Wonderful team, prompt attention to requests and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

the staff are amazing

Just as pictured, very nice place, large bedrooms and living space. Beautiful clean private pool. Water was warm and the fountain/filter turns on at a set time. The sofa in the living space could be used as an extra sleeping area. The tub is large and deep. The living area has a mini fridge and stove top with sink. They dining room table is great for the included morning breakfast. Breakfast has good options, just text them and they have your order put in. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The villaa are far enough down the drive that the very busy street noise isn't perceptible. Quiet stay. There is a Starbucks within walking distance as well as a grocery store.

The first bedrooms bathroom smelled awful (we were in unit 13). It was clean so it is a maintenance issue and is probably mold under the shower floor area. They did come clean it but since it's not a surface area the smell came right back. My kids had the room and kept the door closed to the bathroom. If it had been my bathroom I would have switched rooms. Hopefully they don't rent it out until they find the source. Location isn't near the touristy area or beach so no bars or restaurants nearby.
