Love the secluded beach side

If I was being picky then I would say they could be better on the finer details. Our shampoo decanter wasn’t working properly, safe was not working when we there. But they’re just minor details.

The property was gorgeous, so serene, a good location for peace and quiet. The staff were so nice and considerate, especially Sam.

Location can be tricky to get a taxi to drive out to (even with the app), so would recommend having some taxi options to prebook if wanting to go out at night.

Location of hotel right on the beach was great! Caroline and other staff were very kind. Food was good and cocktails were great too. Hotel work hard to keep beach in front of hotel clean. Hotel offers terrific value for money.

We visited in June, and the hotel and restaurant were very very quiet. This might suit some, but we found the restaurant to lack atmosphere. Some wait staff could do with additional training. Sadly the construction site next-door meant that further up the beach was very dirty, not the hotel's fault.

location for breakfast was excellent, I found breakfast selection limited, would be great to have a buffet style breakfast with more Grenadian options on offer.

The top sheet and pillow on the bed was soiled with brown stains, on reporting it I was told the room had been checked prior to me checking in and the sheets etc were fine, and asked if I am sure it was like that when I arrived. I did not appreciate the insinuation, customer service is everything, mistakes happen, the sheets etc should just have been changed without the attitude. No cutlery in the room so could not make tea or coffee, no one was around or cutlery out at 6am when I want looking for it. If you provide tea and coffee then also provide utensils, I should not have to go walking around the hotel looking for those items.

The staff went above and beyond to serve and help us. They were friendly and genuinely lovely and knowledgeable. The location is amazing the beach is beautiful and has security walking it daily to keep us safe even though tho the area is quiet and safe too.

Beautiful grounds, very friendly staff, wonderful food at restaurant. Beach was nice.
