The location was excellent. It's a short walk to the beach, it's close to a Metro station, it's in a good area with nice places to eat within short walking distance. The staff were really friendly and even though there was a language barrier, they tried their best to help at all times.

Not sure what the cleaning fee was for. The maid only emptied the bin in the kitchen and quickly swept the floor. The bathroom was not cleaned the whole time we were there and the towels were never changed. The wi-fi didn't work properly in the appartment that we were in. I had to buy mobile data instead.

Reception staff always available and helpful. property manager (Carlos) was very responsive and helpful to requests. Good view of “Os dois irmãos” from apartment, which has a balcony. Very short walk from beauty Leblon beach.

Noise isolation was very poor; it was hard to sleep beyond 6am due to noise from the street (loud vehicles, very apparent even from 7th floor) until at least 1am and equally poor from interior - cleaning staff used walkie-talkies which made a lot of noise from 7:30am. The room matched the description and photos, but everything had an old feel to it - worn edges and corners , low quality furniture and missing the essentials (detergent, wash pad) in kitchen. towels in bathroom were stained and did not smell good, and it took 3 days for replacements to arrive. Tap in kitchen leaked and the air conditioner was dripping onto a neighbor, requiring an intervention by technicians one morning, delaying our departure that day. Things got fixed, but I would not stay here again.
