This property is Amazing, it’s in a wonderful location and the Beach is your Garden literally. The space inside and outside the house is perfect for a family gathering. The hosts were very obliging . We were there for a week to celebrate my Sons wedding. What can I say just perfect. Everything you may need and more is in the house just waiting for you to unpack. We will return again. My sons wedding 2.0 weekend was amazing. We rented this lovely property on the beach for our family visiting from the Netherlands! They were very comfortable and enjoyed the pleasant views of the beach and Jersey shore. Only wish the weather was warmer! Thank you Jeff and Joanie!

Beautiful weekend on the beach with spectacular ocean views. Perfect for our mini-reunion of 4 couples and a couple of older children while we attended the Army Navy game at MetLife stadium (1 hour drive). Everything was as described in a lovely little neighborhood in Pt. Pleasant Beach. Thank you very much for the hospitality!!!

We were 6 friends looking to get away for a few nights. It turned out to be a wonderful getaway. We found the house to be plenty spacious for gathering and hanging out together, and large enough for everyone to quietly get away to their rooms if we needed to work. Sleeping was quiet and comfortable, and the upper floors had fabulous ocean views. We were very happy with our stay!

Rented two houses right on the beach for wedding party and guests. This house made it great for not having the best weather. The pool table was used a lot. Had a few questions be for we came down they were answered an owner was accommodating to our asks. Had a great time beautiful rooms and amazing views.

We rented out this property to use to get ready for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful home, perfect location and so much space. All of our vendors loves the home as well, and thought the space was perfect. Everything was clean, the owners were responsive and everything went 100% as planned. Thank you!!

Spent a fantastic weekend at this home to celebrate my wife's birthday with friends. The property is sensational from location to cleanliness to tips from our host! Incredible access to beach, short walks to Bayhead and the Point Pleasant Boardwalk. We'll definitely book again.

Jeff and Joanie are really great hosts, answering all my questions before and after booking. Their beach home is absolutely beautiful…pictures don’t do this home justice. So much more beautiful in person. Each room was perfectly situated with an open first floor plan. The kitchen was the only room that was separate but it didn’t bother us as we had much of our food catered anyway. The house was perfectly set directly on the beach. We celebrated a large family reunion at their beautiful home….definitely our favorite family rental! The ages of our guests ranged from 3-83 and everyone had such a great time. My young children 3&5 enjoyed playing in the sand and chasing the waves. My elderly parents enjoyed watching the waves from the dunes, where lounge chairs were perfectly placed. The two master King suites were great for larger families and each of the other rooms were clean and well stocked with anything that was needed. My mother’s Queen room had an en-suite which was important because she had difficulty walking and she’s a cancer patient, so we were trying to be covid conscious and keeping her safe. Overall, this home was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. Book this home…you won’t regret it!

In preparation for my upcoming marriage, we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, the location was great, and the neighborhood was awesome. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family and would live to make it an annual trip.

Amazing house, great location, and everything you could want on a vacation. My family and I stayed for my daughters first birthday and it was all that we could ask for. At times it didn’t even feel like you were in NJ and instead a tropical location because it’s so peaceful and quiet. The house was the perfect size, spacious, and very clean. The owners were great at getting back to us with any questions too. My family and extended family loved it and even talked about renting it again in the future. I would definitely recommend. And also a plus, the neighbors were so friendly.

What a breathtaking property. Close to everything! Owner was so gracious and could not have been more accommodating during our pandemic wedding reschedules. The property was perfect for our family to gather and relax during our wedding festivities. We had children 7 and under and they loved our temporary home!! We did not need a thing except for our clothes. We are travel frequently and our grand babies (and kids) give this property two thumbs up!! If you have kids- check out Jenkinson’s Boardwalk. My family and I had one of the best weekends ever! The house and location is beautiful. It is right on the beach and the rooms have beautiful views of the ocean. Jeff was super responsive and gave us thorough information from the very beginning. Would recommend this to anyone!

What a beautiful home. Everything was so comfortable for a gathering of family. Having the beach in the backyard made for wonderful walks! The pool table gave us hours of competitive fun!

We rented the property for 4 night and all of us had a memorable time spent together with friends. Got Lucky couple of days and could walk on the beach which is right at their backyard. Joanie was very helpful. Will definitely recommend this property and would like to come back and stay in summer.

The home is great, lots of space. Perfect for little kids to play right outside the back door while watching from inside. Private dead end street with no traffic. Clean house and all the amenities there waiting for you. The owners were very accommodating for some small asks we had. Definitely would rent again!
