Diane was a wonderful host— we were in particular impressed with her welcome basket, our grandchildren loved being able to feed the fish with the Koi food she left. Early one morning our son took his four-year-old over to play mini golf in the complex with the provided equipment.

Location and amenities were great! Property was clean and had lots of items to make our stay feel like home. Will definitely re-book on our next trip to Oceanside!

Ocean and pier views are nice from both balconies. Right above the pool and spa, so a bit noisy but if you are with family no big deal. Location is great and you can walk everywhere. The grounds are nice. The unit itself has some wear and tear but given the location it gets a lot of use probably. Overall a good place if your plan is to hang out at the beach, pool, etc.

Very nice condo completely stocked. We had a view of the ocean and less than a block walk to the beach. Nice area and close to the freeway. I would stay here again.

Check in was fairly easy and the staff was helpful at giving us directions to our place. The unit had all the needed kitchen utensils and appliances to cook for the week. The only issue we ran into was people in the spa and pool talking late into the night. Security eventually had the people removed and peace was restored. Would stay here again!

Our hosts - George & Diane were wonderful & quick to respond. We only had one small question & it was resolved with minutes! We would love to stay here again someday!

My family has been renting places at the beach for decades mainly in Newport Beach. A few years ago we discovered North Coast Village and now we won't rent anywhere but there. A101 was an amazing condo, both in its location and amenities. I hope I can reserve A101 every year.

You’ll have everything you need in the condo. There’s no need for a car! Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, groceries, restaurants and day trips. My daughter and I felt safe and secure here and very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks Diane!

We had a wonderful time staying at Diane and George's condo in Oceanside. The condo had wonderful views of the ocean, 2 patios that both had views of the ocean, and access to the amenities in the complex. We used the grill a few nights and it was very easy and spotless. The beach was within walking distance, not even a block away. Diane and George provide chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. We found the condo neat and clean. The condo is located in the A building which has its own set of amenities including a smaller pool and hot tub and a separate area for grilling from the main complex, which also has all of these amenities. The condo has its own parking spot which easily fit our minivan but noticed that others had Suvs and even pick up trucks within the parking structure. The parking spot is located directly below the condo right by the stairwell so it's a quick walk down the stairs to get to your car. The condo complex is within walking distance to Oceanside Harbor which has some restaurants and souvenir shops. Check in was very easy and there was someone from the HOA and security there to provide the access keys. Diane and George were great to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Loved falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves and waking up to beautiful ocean views! We will definitely be back!

On a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, I give this condo and the booking a 10!

This condo was perfect and the best one we have stayed at in the many times we have been to NCV. We had everything we needed, kitchen was so well stocked. I couldn't find the cutting board but it wasn't a big deal. Condo was clean and the beds are really comfortable but the best part is the parking space for the condo is right below it. If you have been to NCV and stayed in other units, you will understand how nice this is! It made unloading and loading back up so much better. Also, the amount of boogie boards, chairs, sand toys was fantastic. You truly do not need to bring any of those things along. We will definitely make this our condo of choice for NCV.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything that we needed to be comfortable. It was wonderful to sit on the deck and watch the ocean. We loved wandering on the beach, swimming in the pool (80 in December!)and soaking in the hot tub. We would come back again if we see that its available....

We have been coming to NCV for over ten years. This was the best condo we have ever stay at. Rooms were spacious and we have everything we could ever imagine needing. The condo was super clean . Amazing views. Two balconies was nice.

The location is fabulous, with a gorgeous view from every window/balcony. Clean unit with comfortable beds. Great communication from the owner. I’ve stayed in over 10 different units and this was definitely one of my favorites!!

This condo was everything we could have hoped for, we were right above the pool and hot tub which was super convenient for our evening soaks. We could see our girls playing ping pong in the game room from our balcony. The location and views are incredible, the unit was very clean and the response time from the owners very quick. We will certainly be staying here again!

Property was in a great location. It was very quiet for being in a complex. Great amenities (pool, ping pong, laundry) very close. Owners were extremely nice and helpful, they responded immediately to any questions. Condo had everything we needed and more. They had beach equipment for our use which was so nice. Also provided a basket of treats which was going above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for our family of 5. The beach was just a couple minutes walk. The harbor and pier were both in walking distance also. The pools were close and convenient. Loved the fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook in rather than eat out all day. The beds were comfy. Overall great experience!

This place is sweet!! We would definitely stay here again. The condo worked great for us and our 2 teenage daughters. It’s super close to the beach with easy access/short walk to beach. The beach is really nice with tapering sand, no rocks to worry about and fairly shallow to get out into the breaking waves. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We spent some time in the pool, hot tub and recreation area. The pool and hot tub are located out the door and down the stairs. It’s very convenient as is the underground parking space. I really cannot think of anything that was a negative or disappointment. I would highly recommend this property for a beach get-a-way that’s close to Sea World or Disneyland.

I was very impressed with this condo. This was our second stay at NCV and the location of this unit is great. At first, I was a little disappointed that we were outside of the main grounds and so far from the main swimming pool, but this unit is right above the second swimming pool and hot tub! It was really nice to have something so close that wasn't ever crowded. We also had an amazing ocean view. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the fire was nice for the cold nights. The host responded quickly to my message and was very accommodating. My only complaint is that the living room furniture wasn't very comfortable, but it wouldn't keep me from returning to this condo again.

Loved staying here. We enjoyed the grounds, pools and the beach. Lots to do and explore and centrally located between Disneyland and San Diego Zoo. Beds were comfy and we had a great view. We used the boogie boards and appreciated the welcome basket of goodies. We always felt safe and the grounds were very clean. It’s a quick walk to the beach and we enjoyed many strolls to the pier and searching for sand dollars at low tide. There is a lot to explore if you choose or enjoy relaxing at the pools.

My family and I stayed at the condo for 5 nights. We were able to sleep 4 adults in 3 rooms and our 1 year old in the master very comfortably. The best part was leaving all the windows open, feeling the sea breeze and listening to the waves crash on the beach as we fell asleep. We walked to the harbor multiple times for meals, of which there is plenty of variety. Italian, seafood, breakfast, dive bar, ice cream shop and coffee. Downtown Oceanside is a quick drive or a longer walk away with plenty of food options. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners of the condo were very pleasant and responsive. They even left some snacks for us upon our arrival. The one slight downside (which is hardly one at all) was the people in the house next to the master bedroom. They weren’t loud overall but the voices carried into the master where our 1 year old was trying to sleep. Once you close the sliding door, that blocked the noise entirely and the curtains worked well to block the security light on the house’s porch from shining into the master bedroom. My family enjoyed our time there, amenities at the condo and nearby were great! I would recommend this to small and medium families looking for a fun and easy getaway.
