Eens je het prachtige hotel buiten komt is de omgeving verouderd en vuil.

The staff were extremely rude. I called from my room to speak to the hotel receptionist. The receptionist purposely hung up the phone multiple times while I was calling. I know this for sure because when I went downstairs to figure out what was going on, the receptionist looked startled and said sorry the line was busy as soon as she saw me. I was then thinking, how did she know I called unless she has been ignoring my calls. I also requested a taxi. I will admit that I put the wrong flight information. My flight was an hour delayed. However, when I arrived at the airport and called to see if they can send another cab, I was told that I would have to find my own way to the airport. It was late at night, don’t understand any Italian and was basically left stranded. The customer service is terrible and I will never come back.

Quiet location a short walk from the beach. Perfectly kept boutique property with a really homely and relaxed feel - yet still very stylish. Great size room with stunning ocean view. Excellent pool area to relax and enjoy the views. Good breakfast. Best of all were the amazingly helpful and friendly team who arranged us great restaurants every night including pickup and drop offs to/from the hotel. If you are going to Mondello, there is no better place to stay!

This was a gem of a hotel. Beautifully appointed, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was great as were the snacks around the lovely pool. Drinks on the rooftop are a must as the views over the sea are beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous place, with friendly and helpful staff. We loved it.

Everything was perfect. Al of the staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The ocean view from our room was gorgeous! Beautiful sunrises every day...Our stay was in December and the hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas. The parking was secure. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good, but we would prefer less sweets. More cheese, eggs or cold cuts. We liked the fruits.
