The hosts are very accommodating while offering good privacy. The rooms are very clean, bright, updated decor with elegance and comfortable. One of our best overnight stays!

great location in central Barrie. Easy access to GO train station and bus station for onward travel. Comfortable bed, nice size room, cutlery/fridge/microwave setup excellent. Great bathroom (tile pattern etc...)

Couldn’t connect smartphones to TVs. Bedroom TV is very old…

Super cute property. so close to downtown we didn’t use our car at all. Owners thought of everything and were helpful and seemed to generally care. Great experience!

The parking entrance was a little tight for my F150. But once we were past the entrance, it was a breeze.

Cleanliness in bathroom, before and after Naomi cleaned was a bit patchy particularly regarding the bath and toilet.

the tv channels didn't work well and not a good selection. the internet was not good.

It was clean and quiet, had everything we needed.

nice spacious apartment with access to a lovely garden. Very clean and very comfortable.

The location of the property was convenient to the local entertainment.

Strict rules like you’re a highschool kid living with parents. The huge tub that’s supposed to be a benefit was leaking into the basement and caused a bad vibe completely

Our unit (number 5) was very tiny. It was okay for one-night sleep, although the bed size was small too.

Excellent communication by Steve and Mark and they both very helpfu, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location, with good parking and very peaceful. We stayed in Suite #2 it was very clean and very spacious, perfect for our 9 night stay visiting family. It was great that half way through our stay we had clean bedding and towels provided, and just a general refresh throughout the suite. .

The tv service was a bit hit and miss

It was very comfortable and nice to have a quiet nicely decorated accommodation. Owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.

Well located. Close to the town centre, the lake and lots of good food shops. The "convenience store" some 50m away has outstanding prepared meals. Dutch shop on the corner has good sausage rolls and more. Cakes just past the park. German bakery with excellent bread and more, just a little further. Bedroom was comfy and well appointed. Desk&chair. Plenty of space. Bathroom was large, a shower built for two, or more, and with a toilet built for men (instead of those tiny circular bowls). Backyard was large and quiet. Nice for sitting in, and eating. Perfect with wine ;)

Just a minor observation: Tight quarters for heating any food. A shelf for prep would be nice.

Location is okay near the lake.

1. cleanliness, many mosquitoes in the room and there was a huge spider on the wall. 2. the host’s attitude and behaviour. When we killed the spider so there were some noises, the host just smashed the door and threw and least 10 dirty words. 3.

My second stay at Parkside House and it was exactly as I expected - even better than the last time because the heat was working perfectly and I felt cozy and comfortable. Perfect.
