Clean and tidy, friendly staff

Not enough parking for the guests. Returned from an event back to the hotel and the ENTIRE parking lot was full. Zero parking spots. And zero solution from the night staff who thought it was funny that there was actually NO parking.

Good location close to the highway with lots of parking.

We had to initially move rooms twice as the first two rooms we entered were filthy. Also the air conditioning in the room we eventually ended up staying is was very loud and also smelled of damp.

the place was clean.....We are happy for this reservation.

the fact that we have to ask to clear the room. the next day we had no towels.

wasn’t as clean as I would like it to be, also the hot tub was not operating. the pool was filthy. it could use a good clean. The shower curtains in the room were dirty and smelly.

light in bathroom didn’t work and shower only had 2 modes… hot and cold. could not get the water to a temperature to have a shower. when i told the front desk he should at least given me a discount for the inconvenience. i am sure the hotel knew but couldn’t be bothered to fix things

Location was good for us. Breakfast was decent.

The tub was so slippery that someone is going to have a serious accident while slipping in it. There was no tub mat to prevent slipping. The middle blanket looked dirty. It had yellow edges. It may have been clean but did not look it. It was disgusting.

The beach was a 10 minute drive away, the staff was pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was better than I’ve had at comparing locations.

The size of the room was perfect and all of the rest of the amenities were great!

The location was central to where we had to go

The first room we were offered was filthy and not maintained well at all! Peeling paint over the shower, ants in the room, old used bar of soap sitting on the top of the shower etc etc!

They don't have a wine opener. They don't have a slipper.

It was quiet and close to shopping.

The room was very small.

Offered late check in

the location was excellent. the King suite was perfect for combining some work with our vacation. a real desk check was great. the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee was all you could ask for.

the towels were too small! we did not have the large bath towels I’ve come to expect at hotels.
