Breakfast selection of items is ok. One of the bed mattresses should be replaced as it was well "used". And the swimming pool needs to be opened.

Again, the one mattress has been dip in the center of the mattress making for an uncomfortable sleep.

Good location for stopping during travel. Conveniently close to hw. 400, restaurants, etc...

Nothing. All good (but it was a short stay, we left very early).

Breakfast was great, pretty much the same as the Hampton Inn, which almost twice as expensive. Internet was fine for my minimal purposes. Housecleaning staff were very good and went out of their way to give us things we asked for.

Room numbering makes no sense at all. I requested rooms next to each other, but rooms 312 and 313 are well down the hall from each other. They only serve breakfast from 7-10. Three hours is very short. The mattresses are old and lumpy, and have divots in the center that you sink into. This was both mattresses in both rooms we had. I'm used to old mattresses, so they were fine for me, but someone used to a newer, better-quality mattress may have some issues. The place is a bit run-down and needs some updating, especially the elevator and hallways. When I checked out, the clerk refused to give me a receipt for my stay, saying I'd be emailed one. As of five days later, as I write this, no receipt has been sent.

The room a/c was in need of cleaning. The window lock was broken. The vanity faucet 'hot' and 'cold are reversed.
