Great central location with all the amenities you could want nearby. What a treat to be able to see the Acropolis from the apartment! Dio (host) had great comms throughout and was waiting for us (with a smile) when we arrived and left. All in all highly recommended!

Dio was absolutely welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. He helped us with every step of the process… Getting a shuttle for five of us from the airport and back to catch a connecting flight to Crete. Apartment is clean, amazing view, everything was wonderful. Within walking distance of everything. Would love to return! Thank you for everything!

For us, the location was perfect for our Athens adventure. Steps away from the Metro, the Acropolis, Takis Bakery and easy walks to everywhere else we wanted to see. The flat was great, just as described and first time seeing the Acropolis from the balcony was mind blowing. It was a bit noisy at night-but hey, it’s Athens in summer! Our husbands appreciated the little spirts bar across the street. Dio was a great host. Easy communication and very helpful with info and great food recommendations. We’d stay here again.

The location is perfect for exploring Athens. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The balcony is tiny but has an impressive view of the Acropolis. Host is friendly and responsive. The restaurant at just up the street at 2 Veikou St. was casual with excellent food.

Wonderful experience from a requested late check-in, to recommendations to dining and ample supply of the comforts of home for our family. Clean and nice modern feel to the space. Amazing view of the Acropolis from the balcony and neighborhood location that makes it easy to fit right in to city environment. Very safe area. Highly recommend.

Great property close to everything. lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a mimi mart.. Dio was great and the stay was very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we love the apartment.. Thanks Dio !!1

Didn’t give place a 5 because of the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. It got so warm I could hardly sleep with temperatures reaching outside as high as 100. Also when leaving the property you take a key that disconnects air and lights so after exploring and being out in the heat you would have to wait for property to get cool again. But the overall stay and vibe is great !! He is warm and informative and I would stay again only in the fall or less warmer months. Another gripe I had was it was no microwave not a big bummer because you can reheat on stove (taste better anyway) but it would have been more convenient to just be able to heat up leftovers from the awesome restaurant underneath the property 💓

It was everything we could have asked for and more. Dio is a rockstar

γιασσας! 4 Adults, visiting Athens for just a few days: The modern designed but not over stylish and big enough flat with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms/showers was perfectly comfortable and clean. Aircon. x3 was good to have coming back in the late afternoons. The kitchen is small but really ok, fridge and freezer are big though, more than sufficient if you do not make huge meals anyway. From here you can reach a lot good places easily, the neighbourhood ist also nice... like always off the beaten tracks at its best...

Alles in der Wohnung entsprach der Anzeige und das Checkin mit Dios war sehr freundlich, effizient und hilfsbereit. Das beste war aber die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Akropolismuseum und Akropolis selber. Alles war in Gehdistanz. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Great apartment for friends - and in a great location!

This beautiful, clean apartment is in a great neighborhood, right near Acropolis Museum and a close walk to Plaka. Check what is performing at Odeon Theater which is beautiful and a short walk from the place. Dionysis was very responsive and had great recommendations. I fully recommend this place - we loved it!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und in direkter Nähe zum Akropolismuseum. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Der Vermieter Dio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am Wochenende ist das Straßenleben etwas laut, da die Wohnung in einem sehr lebendigen Viertel liegt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Location, location, location. This apartment at Veikou 8, Athens, was within walking distance of everything. Just 120 m from the Acropolis Museum and 950 m from the Acropolis itself, who could ask for more. For the first time, I didn't use any public transportation except from the airport. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Towels, crisp clean sheets, shampoo and body wash and Dio was so kind to supply some basics like a bottle of wine (heavenly) some juice and water. Very thoughtful. Dio also arranged airport transportation, for everyone, with Stelios who was the perfect driver--so cheerful and informative. When ever we had a question or minor issue, Dio was very quick to respond and resolve the situation. I highly recommend this apartment. One note--there is no TV or microwave which was no problem for us.

Dio was absolutely great. As a host he made himself available to any questions or recommendation requests. He offered us local insight and was so friendly. The place was very clean and spacious with beautiful walls and AC. The location couldn't have been any better as we were right in the center of everything! Lastly the view from the balcony of the Acropolis is incredible. Thank you Dio for your warm Athens welcome!

Upon our arrival, Dio spent time reviewing maps and logistics to get us smoothly on our way. After that, he was always available to answer any questions and he even checked in from time to time to see if we needed anything. When needed, we used WhatsApp for free texting to him. The apartment itself was spotless and became a home-away-from-home for us. The location couldn’t have been better. Mornings before the day got started were spent sipping coffee on the deck and gazing at the Acropolis. Downstairs was VoVa with their selection of coffees for another kick-start to the day. Sightseeing buses could be accessed within a few blocks of the apartment. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and each one was better than the last. When we return to Athens, Dio’s place will be our first choice.

Dionysis was very helpful. There are great restaurants nearby and it was a quick walk to Parthenon.

This is a great flat in a fantastic location close to the Acropolis. Dio is very responsive to all emails. The only reason it is 4 stars and not 5 is because the elevator was broken and the apartment is on the 4th floor. It made it challenging after dinner and then in the morning checking out with all of our luggage to do the stairs.

The flat was cool, both literally and figuratively, just as shown in the photos. Beautiful view of Acropolis from tiny balcony! Great location - quiet area but short walk to the Acropolis & Museum, Monastiraki restaurants, historic sites, shopping, everything. Dio was so helpful and personable - the best!

The apartment was perfect for our family and the location was excellent. 1 block from the Acropolis museum, 3 blocks from the Acropolis itself, 4 blocks from the Temple of Zeus plus a local neighborhood feel.
