beautiful little house, spotlessly clean, great facilities. Hostess fabulous on arrival, lots of info, welcome wine, port & custard tarts, nice touch. the area a little out of the main tourist areas but we got plenty of steps count in! loved Porto and will return.

Beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need. The lady (Leonora) who met us at the apartment was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble and she informed us of the best places to visit, eat out etc. There was also strawberries, chocolates and a bottle of wine and water waiting for us! Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with my cup of tea and watching the sun rise! Have not got a bad word to say about it. Loved our stay!

The apartment is a little bit out of the centre, but there are good links to get there (metro, buses and uber) We walked there a few times as luckily we like walking. It's about a 45 minute walk. We also got an uber to the beach and back for a very reasonable price

The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. It's a real delight and Leonore who welcomed us was very helpful and gave lots of tips.

The location is the only downside, and it is worth considering this when booking. It's only a 7 minute walk from Camphanha station but it's not a walk I'd recommend anyone does by themselves at night as it's quite dark once the sun goes down.

The host was very friendly. We stayed one month and got a cleaning lady every week, including new sheets, towels and a very sweet small gesture from the host each time (a piece of pastry or jam).

We loved the house, the only thing that could be improved was maybe the temperature. It was hard to heat up the house with the airconditioner, but I guess that that is something very typical in Portugese houses.

It was super clean, the hostess was amazing, It was great to have 2 bedrooms and we loved the terrace and red wine :-). There is not much around the apartment however you can reach everywhere on foot or by bus - top of the street, metro or train - bottom of the street.

We stayed a month so we had many changes of people upstairs. Unfortunately with wooden floors sometimes we were woken or kept awake by constant moving around. If staying for a short visit this should not be an issue.

I can only say good things about my stay at Lovely House - the cutest flat in one of the best locations to be when visiting Porto. From Campanha, one is simultaneously very close to the historical downtown, to Boavista and the eastern side of town, Matosinhos and the Vila do Conde and Póvoa do Varzim line for finding great seafood and calm sandy beaches, and as a plus Campanhã gives a glimpse to an authentic traditional and popular Porto atmosphere that sadly tends to disappear from the extremely gentrified historical downtown. The flat is very cosy and immaculate with all the amenities one needs to spend a comfortable stay. The house is modern with a very contemporary refurbishement, which will please the lovers of design & architecture alike. My check-in experience was excellent and communication was great. The hosts are very helpful and considerate, all my questions and queries were promptly answered and solved. I definitely recommend this place and will come back. 5 ☆

I really can’t fault the flat or facilities, it was super clean and my dealings with Carolina and Elisabeth the hosts were brilliant they were super . The location is not city centre but as long as you are aware of this and ok getting the metro or Uber then this was perfect :)

The space was quite adequate but it was NOT the apartment shown in the advertisement. Those photos were of the apartment upstairs not the much smaller area underneath. While the apartment was clean and well equipped, if we were charged the same rate as for the place shown in the photographs I would be very disappointed.
