We love the water slides, the big indoor pool, and the playroom. The staff were always very friendly and attentive. The hotel is also right next to a great theme park and shopping mall.

Loved the hot spring pool (do have to pay extra) only the hotel pool is free. Kids pool and kids rooms are great!

Love the place but Hard to find English speaking staff and service of staff was harder because of lack of English. Book for the evening restaurant Buffett, we could not just turn up.

The hotel wanted to charge us almost 300rmb per person, per visit to use the hot springs, despite being residents of the hotel. Some of the hot springs were drained and the slides were not in operation. The hotel pool was cold. At the evening meal, no buffet was available. They brought our meals out one at a time with a long time between them. Not one of our family ate a meal at the same time. We went to the bar for a drink and were told at 8pm that the bar was closing. They also didn’t have the ingredients required to make cocktails. The hotel is located next to a derelict funfair and a very quiet mall. Not much else to do in the area. Needless to say we checked out after one night.
