The location is great!

The service is rather not up to the standard of 4 star hotel. There was no service for ordering a taxi!!! I had to communicate back and forth with the front desk with various staff. Overall, I felt some staff members are incompetent.

It got old , everything is old but working

Very close to the metro line 1, near Guomao CBD centre, excellent location. Comfortable room, just that the hotel is quite aged and seems a bit run down. The carpet can be re-furbished again.

The ladies on reception were polite and helpful on arrival. The room was clean, but looked tired in places. The room wasn’t very spacious in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The shower was okay, the bed was comfortable but the sheets smelled a tad musty. Location was convenient.

The location is excellent, just next to the hotel is the Yonganli metro station, and the place is next to Tiananmen square as well as walk distance to Wangfujin. Besides, I request for a room with view. The staff is really nice to arrange it for me, especially the room has a balcony overlooking the street view. One more thing to mention is that the hotel has garden with water bridge by both sides of the lobby. The room insides has large space and is clean.

There is no teabag or coffeebag inside the room and the heating system did not function very well in my room.

The room was large, staff friendly and location good (2 minute walk to Metro Line #1, 5 minutes to two other lines and World Trade Center mall).

Health center (gym) needs upgrading; Executive lunge could provide a basic continental breakfast.

Good sized rooms. Comfortable bed and bedding. Staff were helpful. Walking distance to the subway ( about 4-5 mins). Near a number of restaurants including a very good sushi place.

AC didn’t make the room cool enough for very hot summer temperatures.
