Convenient location, easy to find the owner was very quick at replying to messages very clean when we arrived

WiFi very poor, hob and oven didn't work that well you had to keep an eye on it as would u ignite the hob you had to use matches to light it but none were provided these wasn't alot of cooking stuff provided considering we were a family of five there was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets

Great communication from host, lots of useful information and was well informed about the property. The host also gave contact numbers in case we had any issues which was good to see. The property was clean, and the location was great.

The property feels like it needs some refurbishment in places. The beds were uncomfortable so we didn’t get a good nights sleep unfortunately. My wife struggled as it felt like there was an odour of pets on the fabrics in the seating area.

We did not getbtwo bath rooms as we had booked. we got a bathroom and ensuite toilet with a hand basin that you could hardly get you hand into and you could hardly turn around in the room

Expensive for what we got, very dated inside and have tried to do up but not very well, some lights etc not working and poorly equipped for family of 5, make sure you check photo of which caravan you are getting

Peaceful location and next to the duck pond. Fencing around the caravan was secure for our dogs and it was nice seating area outdoors. Located close to a Tesco.

Caravan was generally ok and relatively clean, although it was a little worn. The single beds are probably good for small children but way too small for an adult. Batteries for the tv remote controls were dead. Smoke alarm was sensitive and went off every time we tried to cook breakfast despite both doors being open. Only had one toilet roll for the week and had to buy our own. We were led to believe we would be right next to the beach but there was no direct access. Arrived back from a day out, midweek, to find cleaners in the caravan. They didn't know we were booked in until the Saturday and had been told by the owner that we should have vacated.

The description on Booking.com is misleading. The mobile home I stayed in was described as taking up to 8 adults, had a dishwasher and gave the clear impression that there were 2 bathrooms/toilet. On arrival the home smelt damp, possibly because is hadn't been ventilated or used for a while. There was no dishwasher and barely any washing up liquid left. There was only 1 bathroom; although this had 2 doors in a 'Jack and Jill' format and this could hardly be classed as 'an additional bathroom' as described under the list of facilities.

Lovely property and quite spacious! we had a little issue with the cooker, however housekeeping was sent the next morning and everything was sorted in time to make a bacon sarnie!

The Caravan was fitted out with everything we needed for a family weekend Towels , toiletries provided, lovely throughout . close to all amenities. Club house and swimming passes available at a very reasonable rate. Would book again. Even the weather was good. What a winner .

We couldn't get hot water in the shower , however I did mention to the owner and she said a gas engineer would have a look .

Near to where we wanted to be for a family wedding. Stayed one night, it was comfortable.

A lovely caravan, fresh and clean, on a great site close to the sea. Attention to detail was great I.e the owner had provided tea and coffee and all the essentials a person might of forgotten to bring with them. The beds were all made up with clean bedding and fresh towels. I will definitely be booking again.

There was nothing about the caravan I didn't like, but the site was missing a grocery store, the nearest place was tescos. Which although was only 6 minutes walk away, could be quote a challenge for disabled people.

stunk of smoke when we arrive in the caravan even tho it says non smoking site and we are non smokers so smell was not nice we planned to stay at the Manor Park site because we wanted to go for a drinking weekend in Hunstanton pubs but we got moved to park dean resorts in heacham with only 1 pub/restaurant on site that was full of kids and wasn’t close enough to be able to go into Hunstanton for drinks as 1 of us would have had to drive

The caravan we rented on looking at the picture showed wrap around secure decking which we chose as we had dogs but on arrival the decking was small and not secure for dogs …not ideal so actually only stayed one night not the two we booked

This was a last minute booking as we had to travel to nearby dersingham as a family member had sadly past away that day.

Great location, great accommodation

Alison was so helpful when we arrived on Xmas eve. She sent someone over within minutes to fix the boiler and answered all my calls within seconds. Thank you for looking after us!

The location is was close to the beach

An honest review. No welcome when arriving. The Static caravan was dirty, old and run down. Looked like it was designed from the 1970s and hadnt been updated since then. The carpets, if you would even call it a carpet were dirty with stains running through all the carpeted areas. Found an empty packet of smarties stuffed down the back of the sofa and greassy finger prints on cupboards. Toilet seat was broken, ensuite light didn't work, mold in the shower, toilet roll holder was broken. The sleep was terrible. Bed matresss sheet was so bobbley it should have been replaced. I refused to get in the bed based on what i saw so far. The bed springs were so bad we couldn't sleep on it with out having the duvet underneath us to cushion the springs. The single beds were no better, however there was a breeze coming from around the window resulting in the pillows feeling damp and half the room cold. There were also breezes coming from under the kitchen sink, so very cold in the morning. Also the sofa which backed on to the bay window was wet and damp. The price we paid for 1 night in a run down caravan was appalling. Clearly they would have known about some of these issues, so we are gobsmacked that they gave it to us. Some of there other caravans looked beautiful so we feel we have been taken advantage of.
