lovely owners and lovely room well cleaned and comfortable. Close to sea and town and seaview. With tv reception bad sometimes there is netflix and amazon prime and catchup to watch

The Sunset Guest House is a delightful place to stay in Hunstanton. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the room was spacious (if a little cluttered) with a nice bed and compact ensuite. We appreciated the onsite parking.
We stayed on a cold winter's day and it would have been nicer if we could have got access to the room earlier than 4pm but that is a minor issue

Location is great, just a short walk to the beach and to the town centre. The Guest house is very homely and the owners were very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was perfect! We loved our room with the balcony and slight sea view. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this Guest house to anyone. Thank you for a great stay.
There are only 4 parking spaces at property, so it’s first come first served, but there is free parking on streets close by.

Michelle and Brian were fantastic hosts - nothing seemed too much trouble. Our beautiful sea-view room was the epitome of cleanliness and comfort and serviced daily. Both full-English and continental breakfasts were superb. We will definitely book again!

It was peaceful and the view was lovely.
We had stayed there before and the room was far superior. The bed in this room was far too soft (I know that's a personal preference) and the shower was very underpowered.

Breakfast was temporarily suspended due to illness which was unfortunate as they are usually wonderful here. But easily found alternative options.
