The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. The staff was very helpful and the tourist information was very helpful.

Very good location. Comfortable beds. Good pressure in the shower. No noise.

We had to wait 20 minutes when doing the check in, no one was there. There were many spiderwebs everywhere even in the lobby. As we entered our room there was a very bad smell ( humidity/ fungus) and some walls had this problem. I believe this room was closed for some time because of the pandemic so probably not well ventilated. They should pay attention to cleanliness, it could be a great hotel in no time.

The property was well decorated and situated upon a lovely river. It was within short walking distance of authentic restaurants, the ancient street and bridges (which lit up beautifully at night). It was a 25 minute walk to the main entrance of Zhangjiajie park. The host was extremely helpful and designed our itinerary to meet our needs. The room itself had a very comfortable bed, was modern and had an awesome bath tub!

The only disappointment I had was not having breakfast provided, as the room was booked with this included. The host refunded the money happily and explained that it was not offered at this time. Although I would stay again, I wouldn’t if breakfast wasn’t included as due to the early starts it would have been better to have this provided at the hotel before heading out on our adventures. I had read amazing reviews about the breakfasts and even seen the menu so was excited to try it. However, an excellent stay all the same.

Great location. Very close to Suoxi River and Xibu Street; within walking distance to the forest park and Wulingyuan Bus Terminal. Helpful staff. Giving me lots of suggestions about my trip in Zhangjiajie.
