Cosy place and the layout was good. We lived on the 3rd floor and there was a main entrance to a common area and then 3 bedrooms. It is good for families travelling together or a party of 5 or 6 people. The operator was very friendly and helpful. She took the trouble to book park and show tickets for us and recommended nice local restaurants. She also arranged transportation for us to the parks every day.

Location was ok but a lot of taxi drivers were not familiar. After a couple of times, we were able to direct the drivers to the accommodation. There is no elevator (which is common in this type of homestay) but the van drivers helped us with our luggage.

Комната соответсвует фото, душ совмещен с туалетом (одна мокрая зона), но это особенность данного региона. Была возможность постирать вещи, но из-за влажного климата они не сохли, поэтому рекомендуем добраться до другого региона. Владельцы выдали нам карту парка и рекомендовали маршрут, это было здорово. Даже предложили забронировать билеты для осмотра достопримечательностей. До национального парка около 3 км. На машине 7 минут. Большое спасибо Ребекке, что отвезла нас прямо ко входу в парк! Завтрак символический на выбор: яйца, суп-лапша или рис, фрукты, чай/кофе. Нам хватило, было вкусно. В пешей доступности магазины, фруктовые лавки и большой вкусный туристический ресторан с открытой кухней.

Owners were friendly and took great care of us. Enquired if we needed transport from the airport which made it more convenient. Owners also recommended great places to eat and places to visit which made the trip alot smoother and more enjoyable. The place was kept clean and basic necessities were provided. The bed was very comfortable with heating pads to ensure that you are kept warm during cold weather too. Would strongly recommend :)

Отличное месторасположение, очень приветливая хозяйка которая говорит по английски что большая редкость для этих мест. При заезде оказалось что во всем городе нет центрального отопления и хозяйка дала 2 обогревателя. При выселении подарили 2 магнитика, спасибо.

Incredible nice staff. Rebecca is able to speak real fluent english. They were extremely helpful in giving tipps for the park and showing us around. The hotel offers free transport to the main entrance of the park and also organizes a driver that picks you up at the airport or railway station (200RMB). We were even given a free 1 day tour through the park by the hotel owners (as it was off-season and there were not that many guests in the hotel). You can prechoose about the breakfast you like (which is freshly made and really good) and you can order a phenomenal dinner in advance. The hotel offers a washing machine one can use for free (no buying of soap needed).

Perfect shopkeeper is very friendly and English is also very good. He will patiently explain the route of the scenic spot and make me local tea. It is delicious. I will bring my friends to live here when I have the opportunity.

Rebecca was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was minimal but nutritious. Also, they provide printed day-by-day itineraries which made our trip way easier. The location is good. Enjoyed friendly cashier of mini market and street skewers which are located near Easy House.

Great place, the host Rebecca was great and super helpful , the rooms had nothing wrong ! All worked properly and location is perfect for visiting zhangjiajie park! Rebecca was incredibly helpful when it came to organizing my visit to the park since I had no idea how things worked. She even helped me book the tickets! She was very helpful too when I was at the park and didn’t know where to go ahah. I also ended up checking out late and she didn’t have a problem with it. The area is quiet at night. Rooms are furnished with all the necessary including towels and tooth brushes. Absolutely recommend this place and will tell my friends!

The staff is fluent in English and very supportive. She did the all the orders for attracts and very kind to help everything. Also the location is near to the attracts than the Zhangjiajie city centre.

Easy hotel is a nice place. When we came to the hotel, Rebecca gave us the map of the national park and suggested several routes. We lived on the upper floor and heard the rain drumming on the roof. It was great. Also we heard the rooster singing in the morning. It reminded me of village life. This allowed us to take a break from big city. We had tasty breakfast. Rebecca cooked us national meals because we travelled at dragon boats days. Every day Rebecca drove us to the gate of park. Rebecca, thank you for your hospitality. Thank you for taking care of us during our trip.

We had apartment with two rooms. There are no doors between rooms. It wasn't always convenient.

We absolutely do not regret choosing a hotel, everything was just great. The location is amazing, close to the city center and to the entrance to the park, every morning Rebecca drove us by car where we needed, helped us understand everything, both in buying tickets and in the use of public transport. The hostess and her family are just wonderful, responsive, cheerful, helped to solve all issues. Thanks to them, our vacation was easy and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the park and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was the most amazing vacation! Thxs Rebecca and her family for everything. Rebecca, we are very glad to meet you and will definitely come back again❤️❤️❤️

Rebecca was extremely nice and helpful, she provided a lot of information about the parks the day we arrived and drove us to the entrance of the park every day in the morning. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is about 5 mins away by car from the West gate of Wulingyuan scenic area.

The room was a bit cold at night.

The Owner (Rebecca) was so helpful in organizing sightseeing for me. When you arrive you will receive a 6 pager about tours you can do with directions. She will book tickets if you like and she will organize transfer or even get you to the bus station. I did all tours without any guide. Just on my own and with the support of Rebecca since I am not speaking Chinese. The structure of the floors. 3 rooms on one floor, which can be booked together in case of group travel.

A minor topic is about the AC, which is situated over one of the beds.

Landlord is a young couple, who arranged everything well for us including nice Breakfast and thoughtful trip plan:)

It was clean, cozy and the food was very, very delicious!! The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. They provided detailed instructions manual describing how to maneuver through the most famous sites in Zhangjiajie. They even dropped us off at the bus station and bus stop when we traveled. The location is right next to the Pullman and the Crowne, which is a good reference point. This place is nice cheaper option for those who aren’t looking to spend all their money on a hotel, because to be honest, Zhangjiajie is a relatively expensive place to travel in China.

The location was great, the view out of the window was nice, and the price was good. The room was comfortable, pretty basic and what I expected. The breakfast is pretty simple but still nice. They didn't have any milk, but when we asked for it they quickly went to get it. They also arranged for a car to take us to the bus station and gave recommendations for things to do.

It was a little dusty in the room and I don't think they air conditioners had been cleaned in a while which led to even dustier air. You could smell it almost as soon as turning it on.

A very good variety of delicious food was available on order for breakfast and dinner. Rebecca is a great host who had prepared a handout of suggested activities. She arranged transport for us to and from the airport, booked tickets, and arranged other shuttles when needed.

Our stay at The Easy House was simply superb. Rebecca is a fabulous host and truly made our time in Zhangjiajie perfect. On arrival Rebecca gave us a guide of all her suggested day trips and everything we should do, complete with timings and prices so we could plan every aspect of our day. She can also get you a tour guide for the day to take you round the attractions which we were very keen for. When we went there was no English tour guide available so Rebecca offered to be our tour guide and took us round all day for 2 days. She booked all our tickets for the attractions and shows we went to. I highly recommend going to see the 2 shows she suggests as they are superb. Breakfast was included and we would let Rebecca know what we wanted the night before and what time we would like it at and she always had it ready for us. They also offer dinner and lunch options which are cooked by Rebecca and they were delicious, definitely try the fried potatoes and fried pork. We’re planning another trip for later this year and we can’t wait to stay with Rebecca again.

The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was generous and tasty. We also ate dinner at the hotel one evening and it was great! It is a small family run business, and Rebecca speaks English and could help us plan trips for each day. The room was basic, but very clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was modern and the shower was working well with hot water. No mountain views, but everything you need, especially if you just want a comfortable place to sleep and spend your days in the mountains! Good value for money!

It was a little far from restaurants and shops in the main town area. However, the owners were always willing to drive us to a restaurant, entrance gate of the national park or to the bus station, so it wasn't really a problem to stay in this quiet neighbourhood. It is also easy to book a didi from everywhere in town.

Rebecca was a very kind and helpful hostess. The room was clean.
