Great location, very nice apartment.

No heating in sitting room/kitchen. Windows in bedroom let in an awful amount of wind.

Nothing. Malcolm contacted me 3hrs before arrival to advise he had to put us in a different apartment due to a problem with the shower. We arranged to meet at 2pm to get keys. Waited for an hr in the rain with 2 kids before a young guy turned up (Apparently Malcolm conveniently had an appointment). The apartment was dirty, no hot water, no WiFi and nothing like what we had expected. Contacted Malcolm to raise my concerns. He refused to make any contact and unfortunately we had a terrible experience. Don’t make the same mistake and trust this man!

I cannot answer the questions as it is in Irish. The owner needs to have 2keys for the apartment also hooks in the hall for coats. When it rains there is no we’re to hang things. He also needs to be polite when things go wrong. The apartment is well placed parking is a bit of a problem

Location was excellent. Malcom was very accommodating and responded quickly to any queries. Lovely apartment. Will book again
