the staff was great and most cooperative. the room was nice and clean, everithing mentioned was provided.

The apartment is good, clean and location is good and well connected.

Though they have a swimming pool, but it is too deep, so only tall people (6feet tall) can use it. It is not at all suitable for children.

No breakfast was served but the location was good in a quiet area of the city but easily accessible to the city centre by taxi or tuk tuk. We booked a Family Suite for 3 nights and we were extremely satisfied with the level of comfort afforded. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped with all the necessities. The staff were warm and friendly. Special mention must be made to Ms Chian Li who went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Entrance to the reception and lift is not disable friendly. The was no ramp for wheelchair and baby strollers and one had to walk up a few stairs to the lobby area. It would be nice to have additional pillows available. There were only 2 pillows / double bed. However our request for additional pillows were immediately fulfilled. The outdoor pool needs some minor refurbishment. The sides of the pool are worn out and the concrete are eroded and rough to the touch.

Fantastic rooftop pool. Spacious apartment with a small supermarket next door.

Double check you're in the correct room, we had to move to another building. The photos on booking.com make the apartment look slightly better than it is - it's quite bare with most decorations removed after photos taken.

The space was great and plenty of room for our family. We loved the pool!

There were many ants throughout the apartment and caused us to throw away some food they had gotten into.

The pool was nice. The apartment was very large, with tall ceilings, two fantastic balconies. excellent cleaning staff that are dedicated to their work, come to do the cleaning early, and always a smile on their faces.

We had reserved the one bedroom suite, knowing that there was a bed and a sofa bed. We arrived in our room and there was no sofa bed, just a sofa. They did make it right by bringing in a bed for us. The shape of the bed, on the other hand, left much to be desired. Pictures are attached. We did not appreciate the money gouging attempts. We were told that it was going to be US$27 to get us to the airport when the tuk-tuks were doing it for just three dollars ($3.00USD). Small bugs were everywhere in the bathroom and a little coackroach looking bug ran somewhere (never found it after) when I opened the garbage. Location wasn’t great. the lazy security person laughed at my wife when she slipped on the slippery floor carrying our child. The gate to enter is sometimes closed so you have to go around to the rear gate to enter. we didn’t love it but it did provide us with a place to sleep in Phenom Penh.

I like the size of the rooms and facilities.

There is nothing that I didn't like.
