Excelente atención de Dora y Luciano Está muy cerca de la terminal y del centro Amabilidad al 100% Aire condicionado Si bien es solo un cuarto con baño impecables afuera tenés una heladera compartida para guardar algunas cosas y agua fría/caliente las 24hs sin duda un lugar al que volvería a ir además que las 2 noches que pase dormí muy bien es un lugar muy tranquilo.

Lo único que quizás tiene para mejorar es que haya un cesto de basura en el interior pero es algo mínimo la atención y comodidad es excelente

Very close to the center but in a quiet street Rooms were comfortable overall The woman who welcomed me was super nice :)

It was a bit noisy. Dogs are staying outside the night and would yell suddenly when something passes. Also, people were talking in front of my rooms and as the walls are really thin it was a bit annoying As the rooms was cold, I took the blanket in the wardrobe and it was smelling really bad :((

Great location, close to restaurants and to the bus stop for the bus to the waterfalls. Clean room and nice staff. Overall, great value for money!

Bathroom smelled a bit funny and rooms are a bit poorly soundproofed.

location: very good, few blocks from bus station. HOST: flexible, willing to let us in earlier and also offered to hold our bags. In property but didn’t see her much. Room floors and bathroom clean. Good space for two people. Hot shower ! you control the heater or A/C in room.

Bedding was old, cover/comforter was not clean. The place can use some new paint, easy fixes like the towel rack (falls apart all the time) and there is some kind of animal (rodent) on the wall/ ceiling making noise and walking. it gets really loud - it woke us up couple of times.

Great location. Dora was a lovely host. Luciano is generally very responsive. Clean apartment. Everything was good! Thanks for an excellent stay

If I had to pick one, it is the water pressure in the shower. But maybe it's the city pipes that can't manage more.

Large room with AC. Decent shower with plenty of hot water. Good price and very close to the bus terminal for the falls

It's very near the bus station and provides water. The host was very friendly. Highly recommended place at this price.

Basic but comfortable rooms with WIFI, TV and lots of hot water . Right in the center of Iguazu so lots of options for restaurants and bars One block away from the bus terminal where you can catch the bus for the falls and also the airport which is convenient. Friendly owner :) I would stay again .

location is great. the lady was very nice and helpful. first day the power went for 3 hours. she offered us a cancel without charge.

some stuff at property was falling apart when we just touch them. we saw some little ants in the room. maybe the room needs deep cleaning.

Very central place close to the terminal, supermarket, restaurants. The room is big and clean with a table and nice bathroom, quiet at night and independent although in a small courtyard away from the road. Fridge and cold drinking water are a plus. Nice owner

A mini kitchen could be a great addition.

Dora, the host, was absolutely lovely and always available to help. Location is really close to the bus station and the cafes/bars. Aircon was a lifesaver too.

A comfortable room for a short stay in Iguazu. Basic facilities but served the purpose and everything was very clean. Amazingly friendly hostess who was super helpful and always smiling. Good value for money and amazing location in the centre of Iguazu. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Highly recommended.

Dora was an excellent host, the location of the place is very good and close to main restaurants and bars.

first the hostess she is amazing, great at explaining and given directions and details to everything in town . place is very clean. spacious and you don't feel like a guest rather a family member. great place I'll do it again

they do not have a common kitchen or a common area to socialize, however just a block away you'll be in the heart of town having tons of places to chose.. not a downside to be honest but for some travelers that needs that feature it may be

There was a fridge and water cooler in the common area. There was a mini table and chairs in the room. The owner was very friendly. Location was good. Everything within walking distance.

There was a corner of the room where I assume a kitchenette use to be. It was dark and there was no water in the sink. The bathroom sink looked like it could fall any moment with a huge crack across the marble. Compared to the other rooms (we peeked when the curtains were drawn), our room looked a little run down. The others looked good.
