We had a lovely getaway with our family group of 10 adults and 2 children for my 60th birthday celebrations. The house was spacious with a well equipped kitchen, 2 lounge areas furnished with large, comfy lounges. The house is situated in a great position, close to the beach and the main shopping area of Cowes.
The host is a great communicator which made check in breeze. I would certainly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to re-connect with family and/or friends. We had a great time. Thank you Steve😊

We are 13 people staying in the house for our 3 night 4days trip in phillip island. First impression of the house is Clean, tidy, play facility and got everything for our needs. The most impres is the space actually can fit even more people then 13 😆. Since we travell many times to phillip island, this house is the best for Big Family Stay. Thank you and we will back again for sure.

We (a family of 8 adults - three couples and two singles) absolutely loved this property. It was a 2min walk to the beach and a less than 10min walk to the shops. The kitchen was kitted out with all the necessities and practical things (like enough plates / cups / saucepans for a house of that size!).
The two living areas and giant backyard meant we could all stretch out and enjoy the space.
We had some minor issues with the BBQ but the host was super responsive and a great communicator.
We would 100% recommend this property and hopefully stay again next year!

Booked the house to have some old friends come together to celebrate a 40th bday and the house was perfect for the age of the kids and a relaxing time away. Well equiped and close to everything. Very clean and well maintained.

Always a great stay at Steve's property. Clean and well equipped for large groups. Comfortable spaces, basketball ring and pool/table tennis table is great for the kids. Close proximity to the beach and shops. Steve is very responsive to any issues raised. Thank you!

The house was fantastic - well equipped and spacious and within easy walking distance of the beach and the shops. We loved the table tennis table, the basketball hoop and the huge backyard. There was something for everyone and we had a wonderful extended family holiday together. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much Steve. Communication with you was quick and easy.

Good property.Stairs to go upstairs are steep.One of my friend slipped while coming from upstairs to down stairs.
To avoid it happening a railing should be installed on the wall& also non skid strip can be installed on the stairs.Warning should be mentioned on the listing & also near the stairs, so to avoid happening to others.👍

The location of the property and the layout was great but that’s where is stopped. The property was quite disappointing due to the fact that it needs a thorough clean. All the cupboards and vanities need wiping out and under furniture all needs to be vacuumed. The furniture and furnishings need updating. The linen and towels are old and need updating, (although we took our own doonas and towels). Finger marks on windows and doors. The showers and toilets had not been cleaned properly. The oven needed cleaning. Unfortunately I would not recommend this property in the state that it’s in.

This holiday house had so much to keep everyone entertained over the weekend. There was plenty of backyard cricket and basketball played by the older grandchildren and the little ones loved the play equipment. The beach and shops were an easy walk away.
Steve was brilliant to deal with.
Older people need to be aware that the stairs are quite steep but luckily the main bedroom is on the ground floor(for us oldies!)

This house was very family friendly, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, the stove and oven worked very well. The close proximity to the shops, beach and attractions was very convenient when you have little ones.
There was plenty of entertainment to occupy the kids indoors when it rained; air hockey, table tennis, games console, Netflix and plenty of toys. And once the sun was out, the was penalty of room in the backyard to kick the ball around, as well as a huge kids play set and basketball hoop.
Steve was very accommodating to our needs and replied to all messages very promptly, and always in a friendly manner.
I highly recommend this property.

Great family friendly place
Stayed 4 nights here with my family and extended family. Nice big house with lots of rooms to choose from. The big backyard with the swings was great for our little kids they loved playing on it and the dog had plenty of running around space. A nice short walk down to cows dog beach. Shops nearby. We had a really good stay. Was something for everyone there. Was a great place for us all to hang out together. Would like to stay here again one day.

Top notch location and facilities
Our third time back to Steve’s property was delightful as always. Communication with the host is very prompt and responsive, and easy to deal with.
Location is great - just down the road from Cowes central and a street back from the side beach.
Facilities such as the play set in the huge backyard, as well as the table tennis and pool table were well enjoyed by the kids. Wifi internet and Netflix is provided.
Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and tableware for a large group. Split system cooling in then main areas is good especially in summer.

Family Christmas 2021.
Property very good for us, clean and tidy, all though some of the beds need to be looked at, (main bedroom.) The play area in the back yard was a big hit for all of the children. Beach being so close made it easier for the children to go down to. Shops close by as well made it easy to shop.

Excellent Accommodation
The house was absolutely perfect for our family get together. The Host was brilliant with his communication and we had a fabulous weekend. House lovely and spacious, garden great for kids to run around and play basketball, with a great play area, swings for the little ones. Highly recommended for family gatherings!

On arrival, it was one of those situations where it was a case of trying to decide who was the most excited about what we found at the property - the adults or the children!
There is heaps of room - good size bedrooms up stairs and down, 2 separate, big living areas, large kitchen and eating areas, HUGE back yard which is wonderful especially for the children.
Everything is provided - books, TV's (3), Wifi, Netflix, Playstation, playground, pool table, toys and so on.
Cowes Central Beach House is well located, within esay access of whatever is needed.
We all loved our stay there.
