Great proximity to the resort. The facility has a wonderful pool area with lazy river, bar, beach volleyball and basketball court, as well as kayak rental. It also had a workout room. The private pool was very nice, clean and well-maintained. We had it heated which really made it therapeutic. The bedrooms were a good size with plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The kitchen has all the essentials you'll need. Overall, we like this property a lot. Especially for it's location and amenities. And it was very clean and well thought out. I would definitely book here again. Maybe next year.

The best host isn’t necessarily demonstrated in everything going right (although it did). On each occasion when there was a concern, Luis responded rapidly and with the perfect resolution. We may have issues when we get together as a family, but this accommodation was not ever an issue.

This property is clean and beautiful inside and out. Conveniently located to Routes 192 and 535. The property lives up to the online photos. We enjoyed our individual rooms plus the pool and the Jacuzzi. The Premier Host was responsive to my many inquiries. Would definitely stay there again. A1 Accommodation.

I absolutely loved this property!!. It was perfect for me and my family. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had to make accommodations for sleeping, but we made it work. We had 2 adults to decide at the last minute not to come which helped in the sleeping arrangements. But overall, it was great!!! I have nothing negative to say!! And, the host was the best from the beginning. He replied quickly to my messages and gave me reassurance about any questions that I had. Great location and stay!!

Family has very good time kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and baking pans and maybe pizza pan the hot water was not working the first night we were there and maintenance had us check breaker and once the breaker was flipped it started working and the ac was not working properly while we were there and I spoke to property manager and was told maintenance would be our next morning but no one ever came but overall it was a nice stay and nice location

Our family stayed here in April 2023. Luis was a great host. We had a late flight and he provided bottle water for us. House looks at pictured and located close to the club house/ water park. Will be staying here again next yr! Oh and it’s about 15min away from Disney and animal kingdom One con: the code to the house did not work when we arrived to the property. But Luis was quickly responsive and provided us a new code.

Everything went great, full kitchen was a great plus. Loved the tranquility, nobody bothered us and Luis helped us find the property easily. The whole Family was very comfortable!! Kids had a blast in the private small pool and the clubhouse across the street. Universal parks were about 25 mins away. Only thing that I would add would be extra toilet paper, everything else was expected. Thanks

The rental unit had comfortable beds. We all enjoyed the pool. The kitchen could use a baking pan or pizza pan and more teaspoons. Everything else we needed was there. The water park was something else. We will never go back. Babies and toddlers were allowed in without swimming diapers. I saw toddlers urinate as they walked on the decks,so I can only imagine how much was in the water.

We stayed here 5 nights before we boarded a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Our stay was 7 adults and 2 teens, it was great to walk across the street to the water park and we could all come and go throughout the day. The house does have some warn items, the washing machine was broken by a previous guest so it wasn't working which was a huge disappointment to us as we needed to wash items prior to our cruise. You also need to buy all supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, dish towels, dishwashing & laundry soap and you will get 1 towel per person for entire stay. The home owner responds quickly on WhatsApp. We had the pool heated for an extra fee but it was perfect for our stay. Close to all attractions, many restaurants, grocery stores, and Target are all close by.

This was a great family holiday. We were a family of 8 adults and villa was beautiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom was lush with a very comfortable bed. We had all the ameneties we could wish for in the villa. The Hideaway club just across the road was a great place to relax on our chill days. Villa in a great location - 10 mins to Disney 20 mins to Universal. The only negative i have, as we didnt arrive until 11pm at night would have been nice for a small carton of milk to be left as a nice brew was needed. Overall though an excellent place to stay and i would highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a very enjoyable memorable stay.

While the house was as advertised we found some things lacking. Depending on the size of the bed that is how many bath towels you got plus 1 pool towel. They are thin and in my opinion should be replaced. If you want a hand towel or wash cloth you need to bring it yourself. The all the knives in the kitchen besides the steak knives need to be sharpened, they barely cut anything. Plastic glasses would be a good addition for the pool area. A bathroom upstairs was not cleaned but the rest were. Overall the home was nice and the location right near the entrance of the sub division made it easy to get in and out of. The neighborhood is quiet at night. It is a short drive to the Disney parks. There is a Publix close by and a Target also which we found was less expensive for food.

The house was big and convenient. For a 7 day rental we had 1 shower towel per guest, no kitchen towels to wash our hands and had to buy all paper products, garbage bags, and coffee filters. After traveling and paying a per night fee, we have been supplied more at a hotel. BBQ was padlocked so we had to rearrange our family dinners. Jacuzzi was just a small pool and the small print cost me an additional $200 to have it a comfortable temperature to sit in. Just a big money maker for the owner. Great vacation with the family but started out not sooo good.

Traveled here with a group of 10 and had a great time! Location was super convenient for Disney. Owner was great to work with and answered all my questions very timely. Property had nearly everything we needed. Beautiful home!! Will definitely stay again if we return to Orlando!

Great location and space!

My husband and I stayed on the property for our honeymoon. Upon arrival we had an issue with the door combination we were given, however, the host was very quick to get this resolved. The issue happened again later the same night and we were locked out, however, a quick call to the property management company resolved this and we didn't have any other issues after and I would still highly recommend this house to others. About half way through our stay we decided we wanted the heated pool and jacuzzi system turned on, to which the host was extremely accommodating. The house is the perfect location for all Disney locations - about 20 minutes or less to all parks. We will definitely look for this rental if we are in the area again. Thank you Luis!

Property was amazing - plenty of room for all eight of us. Property is a very short drive to ALL of the parks ( Disney,Universal, Sea World). Not to mention grocery and major retailers are also just a few minutes from the property. This is a great place to stay. I had never used VRBO before - Luis was quick to answer all of my questions. Can't say enough good things about the experience or the property. It was fantastic.

Our family trip to Disney/Universal was awesome. Our vacation home was great...would definitely book again. The home was clean, updated and spacious for my family of 9. The location was great in proximity to the parks. The manager was great. Prior to our trip, the couple of questions I had were answered immediately via emailing. Thanks for a great memory!!!

So I rented this house for my sons 13th bday with a couple of his friends and Moms. The location is perfect, right across the street from Pool House! Kids could go across the street and Moms hung out in the pool. We also made the 2nd floor for adults and kids on first floor. Only problems were door code did not work initially but was cleared up within 15 mins but was stressful with the boys..lol! Fridge was not working initially so we put items in freezer but ended up working properly by that night. Not sure if it’s a smart fridge or if it was a glitch but sent email and it did work later. Wish AC could be a little cooler then 73 degrees. Beds were comfortable and loved that every room had its own bathroom. Big sell for this property is location because there are fun activities for kids right across the street and very close to most Orlando activities. Would come back to this home!

We had a fabulous stay here, the house was spacious and comfortable and was a great place to stay and share with family. All attractions and essentials were close by. Sadly towards the end of our stay a family moved into the opposite house at the back and played expletive, offensive and loud music most of the time. It did interfere with the happiness of our stay. Of course this isn't the fault of the owner of this amazing house.

My family loved this home. We traveled from Indiana for a week vacation. There were 9 adults and a 13 year old. The layout was such that you didn’t feel crowded. Having two separate living rooms was awesome. It’s spacious and has everything you need. It’s located where everything is a short drive away. I reached out to the owner due to a WiFi issue, he responded back immediately to help resolve the issue. The house is across the street from the club house with the large swim area. Sound was never a problem. The only time we ever heard the neighbors wax when were were outside swimming which is to be expected. Definitely recommend if you are in this area.

We rented this property for our family to attend our sons wedding and visit Disney while in town. We were a party of 10, including my husband and I, our 3 adult sons, 1 daughter in law, 2 girlfriends and 2 grandchildren aged 3 and 6. The house provided plenty of space and privacy for all. This house was perfect and exactly as described. The owner, Louis, was great. When we arrived we had a problem getting into the property and when I contacted him he immediately replied and got the issue solved. I was impressed by that level of customer service. The house was in a great location, close to all stores, venues and Disney. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and will request to stay here again for future vacations.

Luis’s place was exactly as listed. We weren’t there a whole lot as we spent most days in the parks. Plenty of room and everything we needed. An electrical storm knocked out power and we lost the refrigerator, internet and a few TV’s. Luis had it all fixed ASAP. Luis was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Highly recommended place and an excellent host.

This property was absolutely as advertised. The photos are accurate, the property owner is great to work with, and the surrounding area is really nice. I researched a TON prior to this trip to find a great option for my extended family on this trip, and this house is a GREAT option! We had 8 adults staying for a dance competition at Disney's ESPN facility. There was plenty of room for everyone (and even more if needed). The location was perfect, with very easy access to Disney parks and facilities (10-15 minutes away). Publix grocery store very close by (3-4 minutes) which is great when staying at a house like this. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean! As others have mentioned (which helped me be prepared), there are not extra supplies there of things like TP, paper towels, washcloths...so be sure to either bring extras with you or get them from the store when you arrive. I mentioned earlier, Luis was very great to work with! He always responded VERY quickly, and provided any assistance that was needed. This is a GREAT option if you will be visiting the Disney areas in the future. I would definitely stay here again for any future trips!
