Location cannot be beat. Short walk to nature trails and the ocean. Spacious, clean home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Deborah is very kind and responded quickly to email/calls. The house is much larger than it appears in photos. Bikes, beach toys, chairs, etc. You won't be disappointed with your choice to stay here!

The house had a lot more room than anticipated, which was perfect for sharing with friends. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Our only suggestion would be replacing the pans - they were very hard to cook in as everything stuck, even with oil/Pam/butter. We would defintely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed the walk through the nature preserve to the beach. We also appreciated all the beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. The backyard is really nice too. We would like to come back again in the future. Thank you.

This is a wonderful property in a quiet seaside community. We love it there and plan on renting it again.

Everything looks awesome and we had a great time . The property is amazing. It is even better in person than pictures show. The walk to beach isn’t bad at all and great places to walk our dog each day and property owner had told us about the lighthouse and dog beach right down the road and everything was wonderful. Definitely would stay at property again, it is a great place with lots of room

I cannot say one negative thing about this home in Ponce Inlet, Florida. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach access. There is no public beach parking, so the beach was quiet and not overly crowded whatsoever. The home itself is quite large on the inside -- the pictures really do not do it justice. There are enough beds to sleep six (and oh my goodness, those beds were SO COMFORTABLE), but there is a large sectional sofa in the living room that could easily sleep three comfortably, plus a second living space in the sunroom. Everything was clean and spotless upon arrival, and there were cute homey touches everywhere. The garage was stocked with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards and such, and a beach cart and wagon. There was an outdoor hose to make cleaning everything off a breeze. In addition to the perfect home itself, the host was super accommodating and communicative. We want to return every year, because Deborah and her home just made our much-needed family vacation the absolute best. Thank you!!!

House was awesome, host was great, we felt we were misled about house “being steps from beach” not sure if we will use again being we wanted on the beach. But the size of the house was great. Nicely laid out for a family of 5 ! If u don’t mind driving or a good walk, this is your place! Beautiful home, wish it was on the beach !

Perfect 👌 home for vacation. Everything you need for beach, for cooking. Great location with a fully fenced in yard for the dog . Our second time renting, and we will rent again.

We have stayed at numerous VRBO rental properties in the Daytona Beach area and this is without a doubt the very best. The property was super clean and everything about it was first class. Our puppy thoroughly enjoyed the patio and fenced-in yard. We loved the location, location, location. Deborah was easily accessible and responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for three weeks. We intend to be back, the Lord willing!

Great house in a great location. Walking distance to the ocean, river and Ponce Inlet Preserve. The place has all the amenities to make the stay fun and relaxing.
