Our long weekend stay at the condo was amazing! The sunrises from the balcony were breathtaking. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. The beach itself was quiet and perfect for long walks.

We will definitely be back. We had a great time. This unit was superb. We had everything we needed. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was right on the ocean. What a view!! We even saw pods of dolphins. Can’t say enough good things! Joy was awesome and very accommodating.

Condo was perfect

Beautiful, comfortable and clean top floor unit that we loved! Parking deck is an added bonus that kept our car cool and made for easy access to our beach gear. Peaceful, private and many good restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back!

My 92 & 89 year old parents wanted to celebrate their 72nd wedding anniversary overlooking the beach, May 11, 2023. We found Joy's place to be just what we wanted. My husband and I watched over my parents while they got up every morningat 5:30 am, to see the gorgeous Florida sunrise, drink coffee on the perfect balcony, and listen to the sea birds and the lovely sound of the waves on the sand They stayed on that balcony, morning and evening. My Mom, who is mostly blind, did not want to leave. They both, loved most everything, about the condo. We never went down to the beach, but Joy has supplied everything you'd ever need, if you wanted to go. We lacked pretty much nothing as the condo is well supplied! Joy stayed in touch with me, thru a few concerns, and proved to be an attentive hostess. My folks had never been inside a condo. The location was great. If we're able to do this again, I'd love to stay at this very place. Thank you, Joy! We appreciate you!

Everything was as promised. Our host Joy was exceptional. She checked on us everyday. Wonderful beach get away for our anniversary and 75th birthday celebration!!

The view, balcony, and beach access were wonderful while they lasted. (Unfortunately we had a hurricane hit while we were at this property and it destroyed many beach boardwalks/access ramps). The property manager was superb at responding to our questions and needs during the storm so that we stayed safe. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/utensils. We appreciated the pack-and-play to use with our infant so that we didn't have to bring our own. The decor was wonderful. The beds and pillows were a bit firm for our liking, but everyone has different preferences for bedding so it may not affect other visitors; it's just something to take note of. For other families that may be considering renting this property: be aware that there is no beach at high tide. The water comes all the way up to the concrete building barriers. This was a bit of a bummer for our young kids who like to be on the beach and play in the sand but were unable to do so during high tide. This is not a poor reflection on the condo, just on the location itself.

The property was very comfortable and right on the water. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future. The owners are very warm and terrific hosts. Highly recommend

I had a very busy, trying summer and wanted a quiet “me time” place to chill for a few days. This place was perfect. There’s nothing like having a balcony looking over the ocean/beach. It’s my go to place for my morning coffee and evening wine. The fully furnished kitchen and comfort of place was just right to accommodate my needs.

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Extremely quiet with beautiful beach views. Condo was fully equipped with everything you needed for a beach stay (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys and towels).

We had a great time. Condo is exactly as described with everything you need during your stay. The beach chairs and toys were a huge plus! The balcony gives a great view of the beautiful turquoise water. We did see some dolphins each morning as well! Joy had great communication the entire time we were there. We can't wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed this condo - so close to the beach,. The view of the ocean was superb - watched the dolphins swimming north and south. The nearby restaurants were great as was our cooking at the condo. The condo was clean, comfortable and easy to access. Our beach stay was a success!

The condo was great. Right on the ocean. The condo was clean and recently renovated. It was great that sand toys and chairs were provided and we didn't need to bring anything. Kitchen even had some basic products to use. Would definitely stay there again if we go in that area again. Host was very responsive and provided us information in a timely manner.

The property was clean and nicely updated. It was also well stocked with little things that you may need during your stay. The beach was beautiful, & wasn't busy at all. The pool was also nice & heated. Overall we had a great stay.

This condo completely met all of our expectations from the pictures and listing descriptions. The best recommendation is always: would you go back? YES! We’ve already booked this property again for next year!
