The reservation and check-in process were very organized and easy. The unit has a great balcony, large and private with a beautiful view. The king bed and linens were very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The kitchen and baths were well supplied. We were only there from Saturday evening to Tuesday morning because Hurricane Ian came callling. We enjoyed the time we did stay and were very sad to leave. Would love to come back.

To say there is everything you need doesn't begin to describe this condo. Extremely well stocked kitchen, tons of towels, beach gear, etc. They even provided more than a 'starter' stock of toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Uncrowded beaches, beautiful views, and quiet neighbors. We have visited Florida numerous times and this is the first condo I would definitely return to. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Make sure you check out Aunt Catfish's for dinner. If you are looking for the perfect vacation, definitely check out this location and unit.

We have stayed in 2 of her 3 multiple different times and loved them. She is excellent to work with. Everything was seamless. Ponce is a wonderful place. Great experience all around!

We were very fortunate to be able to sit out on the balcony and watch pods of dolphins play in the surf. The beach is spectacular!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying in the same condo! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and well stocked with amenities. The property offered a nice pool and patio area. The location is great on a beautiful stretch of the beach. The owner was very responsive and was quick to address any concerns. We are already planning to return next year!

This is the second time my family has stayed in a condo reserved with Sandy Beach Vacay and I must say we were completely satisfied. The unit was updated to a very modern and comfortable coastal style. I absolutely loved the spacious kitchen with large countertops. The dining room table was big enough to seat plenty of people but it didn’t make the room feel crowded at all. My son especially loved the large couch with reclining seats and USB outlets. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice with plenty of room. The large walk in shower in the master bath was a very nice touch. There were plenty of towels, linens, and beach accessories available for us. EastWind has always been very special to our family and we appreciate Sandy’s comparable prices. We have looked around at other units for rent and felt that Sandy Beach Vacay’s prices cannot be beat.

We enjoyed are stay Sandy is hands on if you need her help she is only a phone call away. The condo is beautiful and you have to see the sunrise from the balcony it just awesome

Sandy does a great job making sure everything is taken care of during the booking process and prior to your stay. She communicates throughout the process to make sure there are no issues. Once you arrive, you'll find everything you need, down to beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, everything! She is a professional and her property reflects it.

We love the location, it's walking distance to the north turn restaurant. Beautiful oceanfront view on the 5th floor. Condo was furnished with everything you will need. All the furniture is very comfortable and nice. We highly recommend this condo and the owner is quick to reply with any problems or questions. We definitely want to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Ponce Inlet. The condo was wonderful and enjoyed the easy access to North Turn restaurant. The area is so relaxing. Looking forward to planning our next visit.

This is our second stay in this unit and it was excellent again. Condo is great and fully stocked with all of the things you will need and the complex itself is in great condition. Finally, Sandy the owner is great to deal with and very responsive.

This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in Volusia County, or any other beach location. We have been doing this since the early '80s. Kitchen is very well equipped. The furniture is very nice.

I was very impressed with the condo. It was exactly as pictured. The decor was very nice and it was so well stocked with beach chairs, towels, and kitchen supplies (pots, pans, and utensils). The location was perfect. We enjoyed the beach views and the restaurant next door. We saw dolphins and even a sea turtle one day. Sandra was so easy to work with and always responded very quickly. I definitely plan on returning, hopefully soon!

Perfect place for anyone who loves the beach with all your food and entertainment close. This Condo has all the upgrades you would need and very comfortable living space. Great place to relax and enjoy yourself.

This property was more than I could imagine...very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. All you need is your clothes. Would definitely come back to this property!

We had an incredible week! We love the Ponce Inlet area so much for our family and have stayed in a few different condos at East Wind, but this was easily our favorite! The updated condo was not lacking in anything at all and even the beds were super comfortable! Due to Covid, we did not go out to eat at any of our favorite places, but we did order from North Turn one night and then enjoyed the easiness of just cooking and relaxing in the condo. The kitchen has absolutely everything needed to cook! The condo was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed it so much! Definitely look forward to coming back!
