The room was a good size as was the shower room. Quiet location and easy access by car to local shops.

No terrestrial TV channels. Pathway to property could be improved say to gravel to avoid tramping grass into inner porch.

a very comfortable, clean room with very good en suite facilities and a handy kitchen area outside of your room where you can prepare simple meals. I took a towel and toilet roll because an earlier review suggested these weren’t provided, but actually they are, as is soap and shower gel. Shower has great pressure and is instantly hot. Other reviews have criticised the WiFi but again I found this to be inaccurate. Wifi strength and reliability is actually very good.

it is in a very quiet location, good for a walk after work, but only 7 minutes away from the main road into Andover. Relaxed, non-intrusive owners with no weird house rules

Beautiful location whilst still really close to everything. Friendly local pub only a short walk away and it's very interesting inside, great walks nearby and I often heard an howl nearby at night :) On clear nights there were so many stars! Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very kind and helpful with directions and making sure that ones comfortable. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean.

I encounted a few issues staying at this property. 1. It was a shared Annex, just seperate bedrooms. The bedroom in the loft has very little privacy, granted you have a door for your bedroom separating you from the "living room" But theres no door stopping anyone from coming upstairs. 2. The "sofa" was actually a single divan bed which was damaged on 1 half, without knowing this I sat down on the "sofa" and went straight through it. I reported it immediately to the owner and from the response / reaction I was given, it was clear it had been like this for some time and he didn't have any interested it resolving this. 3. The upstairs loft bedroom was full of insects, mixture of both dead and alive flies and gnats it was clear it had not been cleaned in a while. 4. Storage units in the living room were either damaged or full of the owners personal belongings I.e radio, suits, jackets 5. No additional privacy in the bathroom, a large window with no blinds. 6. It was noted that the owners use the kitchen area and the "laundry room" during the day, which was OK. But it seems their dog was coming into the Annex each time with them too, which again is no issue but there was no disipline in stopping the dog from roaming the bedroom/living room and rummaging through food.

I'm disabled yey had to walk all away round the back of the cottage to the back door myself no help with my luggage, couldn't use front door because of so called Covid19 , yet I've been vaccinated twice . But they allowed a friend of there's who was staying was able to use the door I couldn't, lots of flies in the cottage expecially upstairs were my room was infact never seen as many , plus very little toilet roll just a quarter of one to last a week Wont be back very poor indeed

Only thing I liked was the fishing I was doing down there

Peaceful location. All the facilities we needed. Friendly owner. Good places to eat with short drive. Good place for walking.

Very quiet and pleasant location. Pleasant walks nearby in countryside. Accommodation good size. Ample parking.

The landlord was welcoming and helpful. The Annexe accommodation where we spent the majority of our stay was comfortable.

The Annexe kitchen/living area could do with stronger lighting, it was a little dark both for preparing meals and in the evenings, the fridge contained items of food left by previous occupants. The shower cubicle doors in the bathroom were faulty,making them difficult to open and close. The area outside the entrance doors to the Annexe was being used to store miscellaneous discarded items.

The location is fantastic , private and secluded. Mark was very kind and helpful and im sure in the summer it would be an amazing experience.

Unfortunately a problem with the heating meant 'The Loft' was cold all evening and into the early part of the night. This really impacted on my families sleep and my daughter didnt settle until well after midnight. The issue was eventually solved, but it did have a very negative impact on our stay.

Lovely clean spacious room in a beautiful quiet location. The owner was very helpful and courteous. Incredible value for money and would highly recommend.
