Requested handicapped accessible & did not receive. Also booked 2 queen beds & was put in room with 1 king bed.

I had to use two rooms just to take a bath because the room I was booked for had a bad leak in the ceiling that was caving in while I was in the shower so they said I could use a vacant room with no air to shower in up on another floor. It was awful having to lug all my things back and forth up and down the elevator just to get a bath and then I was hot the entire time because their was no air

Comfortable bed. The water in Mississippi is usually too soft - feels like it leaves a soapy film. But the water here was perfect! Not typical for this state.

The breakfast buffet was terrible. The selection was poor and lacking in flavor. Not worth the extra charge at all.

The lady that seat us got our drinks never seen her again I had to go ask her for a drink to go
